Unfortunately my visits as an adult were always by emergency care and never by personal desire. The outside of the building is older - but the inside is delightfully decorated. This office has ample seating and a small refrigerator filled with water bottles for convenience. Per my recent visit with Dr Michael Thompson, his demeanor was calm and his bedside manner was stellar!! I was told by another dentist at another location that I would need a root canal - Instead I opted to get a second opinion on my own at Litchfield Endodontics with Dr Michael and he stated I did not need one and opted to fix my cracked tooth instead. The technology of their 3-D scanner made my visit efficient and smooth. I felt like I was in and out quickly. The staff at this office are kind and really made me feel comfortable.
