This is my go to dental place in az for the past few years! It's no longer under bradshaw and is now called gillard dental! The cleaning is always thorough and they've never made a wrong diagnosis or saying I need fillings for cavities that I don't have (you will be surprised how common this is). I've gone to 2 other places in avondale and Scottsdale before but they weren't my cup of tea. The one in avondale said that I had multiple cavities and would need refilling for all of them. I have friends and family who work in dentistry but live in ca. I sent them my x-rays and they said there's nothing wrong with them and the other place was trying to scam me. This was a very reputable office too. Overall, service and communication are great here! Dentist and the staff are very friendly, and I crack up everytime we have conversations during the appts. I contacted Bradshaw Dental because I had a crown fall off. I expected a long wait for an appointment due to current conditions in the labor market, but I was given an appointment the same day as my call. Every person I came into contact with at this office was very personable and delightful to talk to. I could not have asked for a better first impression of a place that most of us hate to go to. I am looking forward to my next visit with such a engaging staff. read more

My whole family and I have been going to Dr. Bradshaw and his staff for over three years now and we love them. They are very friendly, attentive, and I never walk out feeling like I am being pushed into any service I do not want. They work great with us and answer any questions we have. We normally have just cleanings, but I have had work done with them also and could not be happier or more impressed with the level of attention and care. I had a wisdom tooth removed and chipped tooth repaired. My husband had a cavity filled and we were both happy. (Well not about having to have the work done, but with how fast we got in and the amazing service.) They are also great with my girls, especially Rose. My 5 year old even got excited to go this last time just so she could see Rose again. (She makes the visit an amazing and fun experience for them - THANK YOU!!) read more

Love, love, love this group. Everyone --- receptionists --- Rose, my dental hygenist --- and of course Dr. Bradshaw --- are head above anyone I have been to before. I have lived in several cities and have been to many, many dental offices in my lifetime and I am so glad I found this group. They are professional, conscientious, and patient. Everything is explained in full and I do not ever feel that I am being overserviced. They do an amazing job and should be commended. read more

As I got older, I assumed that my teeth and my smile would not be the same or as nice. I found myself not smiling as "big" and started noticing my smile in photos. I mentioned this to Dr Bradshaw a couple of years ago, he explained the Invisalign treatment. There was never any sales pressure, just information on a consultative basis. When I finally made the decision, Dr Bradshaw and staff walked me through the treatment over the past few months....I finished today. Excellent results! By the way, I am 67 y/o....it is never too late to look your best! read more

We moved to Arizona in December of 2019 and we needed to find a dentist. My GF went to Bradshaw Dental and told me she had an excellent experience. I gave them a try and I'm glad I did. I felt very comfortable with their Covid precautions and appreciated their diligence. I only had to have my teeth cleaned so my visit was easy. My dental hygienist did a great job of making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and answered all of my questions. After my cleaning, Dr. Bradshaw gave me an examination. He checked everything out and made sure that all of my questions had been answered and gave me some excellent dental care tips. Going forward, Bradshaw Dental will take care of our dental care. read more

Our whole family came to this dental office for cleanings and check ups. The hygienists were thorough with exams and cleaning. They were also friendly and helpful. Dr. Bradshaw was likewise thorough, detailed and willing to answer questions. A friendly and knowledgeable staff is not always a given at dentists, so we are glad to have found this dental office. read more

I recently moved to Arizona and was in need of a long overdue exam and cleaning-oh, and a portion of my front tooth fell off! So what did I do? Posted a recommendation request on the Facebook Luke AFB Pets forum. I had several recommendations and decided to go with Dr Bradshaw. I was able to get a quick appointment thanks to a cancellation and am looking forward to my treatment plan! I will update you on my progress in a few weeks! read more

I love the hygienists at this dentist office. They are super thorough for a regular cleaning. Would definitely recommend. I sought out a dentist that does not conduct the upsell which I hate and they have been very conservative with me and my pocketbook since 2018! read more

Friendly staff and Dr Bradshaw is great. Very knowledgeable and has the patients best interest when giving advice on next steps. Been coming here for 5 years. read more

I would highly recommend this dentist office. Clean location and friendly staff always make for a pleasant experience.

We Love Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are very friendly. I am very picky and I feel Dr. Bradshaw has the latest technology and he is very gentle (which is highly important to me) I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental experience!!! read more

I was totally impressed with Dr Bradshaw and his staff, so professional and friendly. Did not rush you through your appointment. Dr Bradshaw came back a second time to assure all was good. This was my first visit and definitely will be going back. read more

Excellent service. Nice people. They answer all you questions. And they explain a lot of good things that usually most of the dentist do not explain. And one of the things that I like the most is that the dentist wants to really help you with you dental health. read more

I just had the best experience this morning. I was a little apprehensive as my dentist, Dr. Bradshaw, had just retired and I was seeing the dentist that had taken over his practice. I worried needlessly. As always, my hygienist Shay was superb. She is thorough, personable, and listens to concerns. Dr. Gillard then came in to review X-rays and follow up on concerns with implants, etc. He is super and I truly am in good hands. I will soon be 70 and I intend to have good teeth for a long time- I am so happy that I have this team (front office is great too) to help me in this effort. read more

Bradshaw Dental is an amazing office. Very professional with an amazing staff. They are very organized. I experience almost no wait time at all. They addressed all my concerns. DS. Bradshaw actually cares about your individual needs. Didn't try to upsale, explained everything patiently. Definitely will be my family's dentist. read more

I was referred to Dr. Bradshaw's office by one of my customers. She said he was the best, and he is only a mile away from work. Dr. Bradshaw has to be one of the best dentist's I have ever known. He takes the time to talk to you. Not a fly by guy, gotta go, see you later gator guy! He truly cares about his patients. His staff is top notch, they are very welcoming and are trained professionals. Today I was fitted for my free whitening tray, just for referring a new patient. You are not treated like a number here, they remember your name and a little about you too! read more

I have not been to the dentist in a long time and I would have to say, like most people I hate going. But this was hands down, the friendliest and most through dental appointment I have ever had. From the front staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself. I am so happy I found them. read more

Today was my first time at Dr Bradshaw's office and I had a very positive experience with Shay, dental hygienist. She gave me new information on after brushing my teeth at night to not rinse my mouth but leave it alone while sleeping. The salivary glands that create plaque are not working while asleep. Who knew!?! Dr. Bradshaw is very down to earth and caring . I recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially families with children as they will work slowly and not tie children down. Shay told me they make additional appts if children are afraid. As an adult, I am still afraid and tense up at the dentist office! Kudos to all who work there! read more

The staff is very friendly calling you by name. The hygienist was careful and did a great job. The Dr was efficient and answered any questions I had. Overall a great experience. read more

Staff is always courteous and professional. I was in early enough today where they weren't swamped and got a hello from Dr. Bradshaw as well. Katie was my hygienist today and she's the best I've had at Bradshaw ...she said she's only a "full-in/ sub"...but she was great . Thanks to everyone at Bradshaw for always helping take the anxiety of going to the dentist ! read more

Dr. Bradshaw and his staff are top shelf. I appreciate the manner in which they go out of their way to schedule appointments. They are also excellent at notifications from cancellations to rescheduling, though rescheduling is extremely rare. The office environment is professional and clean. I am so glad I found Dr. Bradshaw to take care of all my dental needs! read more

Its really hard to find a dentist but when I finally found dr. Bradshaw it was the greatest experience. They are fast clean and efficient. Always are on time with appointments and never have to wait. Moved to the valley recently and have been in search for a new family dentist. This office is great! They were able to arrange for my family of 5 to all have appointments on the same day. My first cleaning was performed by Dr. Bradshaw himself and my teeth look great! My 3 kids ranging from 7-12 loved the staff and felt at ease. I would defiantly recommend Dr Bradshaw and his team of professionals. Thank you Dr. Bradshaw and team! read more

Went in to have my crown adjusted because another dentist did a poor job intitialy putting it on. The service was amazing. My crown feels so much better now. I hate the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable that I look forward to going back get my teeth cleaned in the near future. read more

This was a first visit, and it could not have gone any better! I met the doctor under the worst circumstances, before l went in, my crown had fallen off. I did not want to give the impression that l don't care about my dental health, because l do. Dr. Bradshaw and his asst. Courtney are the best. They made me feel comfortable and took care to answer my questions. I look forward to future treatment without hesitation. I highly recommend this practice! read more

Caring, talented staff, clean facilities. Enjoy going to the dentist thanks to Rose, Dr. B & the whole group of professionals.

One of my worst fears is a Dentist. I would rather go to a Surgeon and get cut wide open. BUT no longer. Dr. Bradshaw is the best of the best. I tore off a crown, of course on toffee, and he came to my rescue on his day off, with his family in tow. With him and his staff you get the greatest you can find. read more

I went to Dr. Bradshaw because I moved from out of state. I actually selected him because of his Yelp reviews and here I am adding to them. I felt really comfortable as soon as I walked in and was met by the people in reception. They were welcoming and funny and a joy to deal with. Becky was great and did my cleaning, x-rays, and dental check. She explained all that she was doing and what services they had to offer to help me reach my personal dental goals- I.e. whiteness, alignment, etc. No hard sell. Dr. Bradshaw was really easy to talk to and was truly concerned about my dental health. I am really pleased with my choice and feel that they will take good care of me. read more

Bradshaw Dental is by far the best dental practice I have experienced. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough with the treatments they offer. I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

I had my cleaning today. The lady that did my teeth was awkward and kept saying you could have whiter teeth let me tell you how! I thought it was rude, she was older in her 50s and new. I told her in the beginning that my insurance didn't cover Floride and she's like oh it's ok most insurance do. So after critiasing my entire cleaning, she took forever to so three x-rays. Dr Bradshaw is awesome but this lady just kept criticizing my teeth and this and that. She kept hitting me with the wire while I was laying there and as she pulled out the tools hit my teeth every time. I've been going for years and never had a issue. I just hope she gets the hang of it. It was a rough visit for me which should of been a quick visit took forever read more

What a great practice. The patient is made to feel welcoming and important. Dr Bradshaw is great, SUPER professional and the entire staff is caring. They are very detailed and pay very close attention to details. We changed from a dentist we had been with for 23 years and Bradshaw made us feel like life long patients. Highly recommend Bradshaw read more

We moved over to Dr. Bradshaw about 3 years ago and have been quite satisfied with his office services and their professionalism. We left a dentistry that was only blocks away from our home to drive 30 minutes to Dr. Bradshaw because it is worth it. I have never experienced this type of professionalism and service from a dentist office in 51 years. My son just had four baby teeth extracted, 3 with full roots, yesterday. Dr. Bradshaw was so patient with him and ensured the procedure was as painless as possible. Once the Novocain wore off my son had minimal pain and felt well enough to go to school today. I have heard of nightmares about other children who were in severe pain after just having two teeth extracted. I highly recommend Dr. Bradshaw. read more

After retiring from the military, it was hard to find an honest civilian dentist. Dr. Bradshaw and his team are very professional and treated me with respect. Very efficient staff. Dr. Bradshaw was extremely kind and PATIENT! I will recommend Bradshaw Dental to all my family and friends!

The team at Bradshaw Dental are wonderful. They are not only really nice, but they are personable, often remembering personal tidbits shared during previous visits. I feel like I am with friends. On top of that, Dr. Bradshaw has a great demeanor that puts anyone at ease. He is very interested in the patient's concerns, worries or questions. His informative responses let me know he understands and wants to help address my questions. Highly recommended dental practice. read more
