No sinks in rooms for handwashing. No hand cleaner on wall. As a public health nurse I find this unbelievable. Went in for pain in a molar. Needed a root canal. Root was fractured too far down and the endodontist who was very good stopped the procedure and stated I needed extraction. Paid in full for procedure. They billed my insurance 6 x what I paid! Had the tooth pulled. The DMD did not want to use sedation which was fine. Stated it would only take 5 minutes. He did not read that they had tried to do the root canal. The tooth came apart and 40 minutes later her was still trying to get the tooth out. He damaged the crown next to the tooth. I came down with thrush and a upper respiratory bug a couple days later. I paid cash for the procedure at the rate they quoted. They billed my insurance $6000! I will be reporting this and finding another dental practice.

One office worker called me back after many calls to speak with the doctor's assistant. * So I wound up with a temporary filling - to cover the "exposed tissue" which is now cracked and broken. And no one to return my calls!!!
