Highly Recommend! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by smiling, courteous staff who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental hygienist was thorough, gentle, and truly caring, taking the time to explain things and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, and did an excellent job of putting me at ease. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to upsell cosmetic dentistry, which unfortunately has become the norm elsewhere. The focus was clearly on my dental health, not on selling unnecessary services. I left feeling very happy with my experience, and for the first time, I don't dread going to the dentist. I was the first patient at this location that had a new crown made while I waited in the chair. Unbelievable how fast my experience was, in at 8 and out at 10. My wife was there for the same thing two weeks before, she had to go in to have the "cast" taken then come back for the crown. With this new CNC machine they do it ALL in one appointment. The only problem is, they still charge the same price. When I asked for a discount they said all pricing is from Corporate. THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS. First you are eliminating one entire appointment, SAVINGS. By eliminating that appointment you can see more patients, ADDED REVENUE. By doing the crown in house MORE SAVINGS. Wonderful dentist, they are so kind and service is great, they take many insurances

Well I tried to Stick with them through the years but now they are done. Been going here for over 8 years. They were once amazing. Now they have new management and there is nothing good left to say. It has been going down since they lost most of their seasoned good staff and I tried to continue to be loyal to them after that. But after this last straw it's a nope and goodbye. My daughter had filling. I asked about the white filling vS the silvery one. ( because I learned the hard way before). I was given a price and told the white was covered. Three weeks later calling me asking for $80+ more. NOPE!!!!! I did my due diligence and paid what I was told. I even asked you to do your part and if you missed something then that is on you. No apology. No you know what we messed up so we wil fix it. Just GIVE US MORE MONEY. BYE longtime customer. Losing them all. read more

Poor office staff. Called for an appointment as a new patient and was told I needed to bring a report from my other dentist. I asked if that's something their office can get. Woman on the phone seems really bothered by needing to do her job by responding with a tone saying they can get the paperwork. Yes I know you can get the paperwork from the other dental office because that's literally your job when patients come to the office to spend their money on services you sell. Maybe be less bothered by doing the job you get paid to do and then you wouldn't get hung up on and lose a potential patient. I wanted to switch offices to closer to my new home. After today's very short and unpleasant conversation I had over the phone with whoever answered I'd rather spend more time and more gas going back to my original office. read more

I am a HUGE dentaphob...I followed Dr. Bob to this location because he was so understanding, patient and supportive. But Dr. Bob retired last year. New doctor seems nice, but was very busy and did not have time to have conversation with me. I would have liked to talk to him about my situation. But he was fine; i.e. in exam area, looked at X-rays, looked in my mouth, advised I get mouth guard, then out of exam area. Hygienist was nice. I explained about my fears and mouth limitations (I have a small mouth and a severe gag reflex), but I do not think she grasped the full extent. Let's just say there was a mess and that little bib didn't help. Again, she was VERY nice and stopped when I asked or needed a break from tooth scraping & cleaning. I was THRILLED when I was done and anxious about my future dental care. I may try going in to "consult " with dentist & hygienist staff. read more

We have gone before to the office on Bell rd. They made a great pair of teeth for my 95 year old mom. She lost her bottom dentures and was told they moved to Pebble Creek location. They couldn't make just the bottom denture so we paid over $3000 for a new set. Her teeth don't fit. I was looking for a top denture and a bridge on the bottom. I told them that I had used up my dental insurance in 2024. I was told that I could make payments for my portion which I did. Again before they started I asked again if I only had to pay the portion and was told yes. In December 2024 they made my dentures. They are horrible and they fall out of my mouth. I was told that I had great suction when they made my mold. She told me that all she could do was reline them, which she did but didn't make any difference. I told her that I was not happy with them and she told me that there was nothing they could do and sent me on my mary way. Do Not go here for dentures. I can't eat with them even if I cover the entire top plate with fixodent lock. They now sit in my cabinet and I'm still not able to eat regular food without grinding it up. What a disappointment this place is. read more

I had a tooth pulled, they left in the bad nerves in and pulled the good nerves. I went to a oral surgen for and inplant and had to have everything that Doc Bob did over again . You can use them for cleaning only. I would not recomend Suncoast Dental for anything else. read more

In December 2022 I woke up with the left side of my face swollen and my teeth in pain as if I got his with a mallet. I went to another dentist and he explained to me the night guards that were made are soft and not to be used by hard grinders. I needed acrylic guards. The wrong guards were made for me plus they were cracked from grinding hard. I went back to Suncoast to address this and while sitting at the chairs no one would really talk to me. The doctor was short with me and asked me what was wrong and I told him the guards are cracked and they should be acrylic and he said he would send it back to the lab to get different one and walked away. I asked the assistant what the lab's name and she had to ask the doctor and he said no name the guards are in house. I left unsure are they doing all three or one not sure what was going on. I told the assistant all three are being redone right? She said nothing. I got up to leave the exam room and I saw the doctor with his hands in gesture at the front desk as if to say he did not want to deal with this. He saw me and walked away and passed right by me without a good day or anything. The front desk is out in the open, no privacy. The entire staff of girls are all hovering over the checkout person staring at me. The checkout person tells me I could only get the one in Sept 2022 done because the other ones are over one year old. The office manager was not in and that she would call me later. At the desk, I was told that I should have told the doctor what I wanted. I replied, " I should have told the doctor"? What how to do his job? I told him my symptoms he should be able to decide from there. I made it specific clear I was a hard grinder. She then told me my insurance does not cover the night guards. I told her I know this I paid for them. Anything not to address for the wrong product being made by the doctor. I told them for now just do the bottom guard not the top and the check out person says you all heard that right you are all my witnesses. I then handed my release of medical records. The office manager had someone else call me only to say more of the same but I insisted you made the wrong ones. The office manager finally got on the phone only to tell me look "nothing is forever." I said I know that but if done correctly should last more than one year. I still have my old guards that are four years old and no cracks. I told her I am trying to resolve this and this is not helping. She said she would call me back after she spoke to the owner. She never called back. I did not expect her to based on her caliber. I checked the Suncoast website for a provider or staff name and there are no names on their web. There is no face to this company. I did send a letter to the owner, his name is public record, to the point, not complaining about the staff and no reply. I recently got a text saying they have been trying to reach me to call the office. Trying means other attempts were made but there were none. My new dentist said to hold off on the guards since I have a cracked crown that need to be replace. Suncoast saw that crack 8/2022 and said to me you do have a small crack but nothing needs to be done. This was a red flag right there. The hygienist that same day was aggressive and immune to human reaction. I was left with sores from resting the water suction on my lip as she aggressively moved thing s around, the worst. I told her to go easier but she was in a hurry for the next client and got annoyed. My new dentist is the face of his practice and his web reflects where he went to school etcetera as it should. I had no intentions of going back to Suncoast but then my night guards became a problem. I tried to resolve this matter knowing they would not. Good Riddance! read more

My family has been going here for over 10 years. They used to be great, but they have completely turned over the staff and Dentist over the past year or so and the office service is now pretty bad. The staff all seem unhappy. The last time I went they told me they stopped taking the State of Arizona Dental plan. I was ready to go somewhere else anyway. If you work for the State don't bother even if your insurance says they are a provider. Bad service and way too much turnover. They didn't care how long we have gone there either. Dr Bob & Staff have always been great! (3 years now) I will only see Nicole for my cleanings!! She is very gentle and understands patients pain thresholds are different. I WAS SO SAD AND DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN THAT NICOLE LEFT THE PEBBLECREEK OFFICE LAST WEEK. Unsure of the circumstances, but if the powers that be read this and can do anything about Nicole's return to the PEBBLE CREEK office. I, along with many other patients will be relieved not to have to look elsewhere. Nicole was a wonderful asset to the office and was the reason I look forward to going in for my cleanings. Some pretty awesome people, was in a bind when my significant other woke up with tooth pain & wasn't feeling well. Called Suncoast Dental and they assured me they could get him in an hour. They were all extremely nice and got him in as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we needed a oral surgeon instead, but we're given many locations to choose from. Although we didn't need there assistance they provided excellent service. Thank you again! Would definitely recommend them! read more

Worst place to go for dental implants ever. after paying thousands of dollars and countless hours of dental work I was left with dentures that didn't fit properly, had an area where you could see the implant through the denture and one implant inserted at an angle. I never got the problems resolved due to the company handing me off to another company. they refused to correct their mistakes and I was left with unusable dentures. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Dr. Greenberg and his staff have been taking care of me for the past few years and treated me with such kindness when I had to have radiation treatments in 2017. Before my treatments could begin Dr. Greenberg performed a complete dental checkup and X-rays to be absolutely sure that all my teeth and gums were healthy in order to receive treatment. I thought it would be difficult to find a comparable replacement for my retired dentist of 40+ years, but after trying two other dentists, I knew this office was the right one. Dr Greenberg does not try to talk you into doing the latest procedures (replace fillings, whiten teeth) just for more business like one office I tried. Crystal, the Office Manager, makes you feel like a welcome long-time friend as soon as you walk in the door and your appointment time is when they see you, no long waits. It was an ok visit. The waiting room is tiny and it feels like they tried to make it a dentist office but it's a little awkward. The dental hygienist was nice and did everything right, however the dentist himself was a little stand offish. I want a dentist who is bubbly and asks his patients some "get to know you" questions.
