To make matters worse, this office will not return your calls. I have left a message multiple times and have never received a response. They billed my insurance company for x-rays, but will drag their feet or completely ignore requests to have your x-rays forwarded to another office. It is so bad that I have been forced to leave work early, just to be sure that I get there before they close, in order to have them send the x-rays that I own to a better dentist. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why anyone would put up this this nonsense is beyond me. I highly recommend looking for a different dentist, because there are plenty of them in the Valley. read more

I recently moved to Arizona so I needed to find a dentist out here. Prior to this I had always gone to the same dentist my entire life when I lived in RI and he is really good. I have never had any dental issues outside of some fillings. Estrella Falls has good reviews so I went with them. My first appointment was just a consultation so that they could interview me, look at my teeth, take x-rays, etc. I knew going in to this dentist that I had to have a filling done as well as an old filling replaced. I honestly did not notify them of that intentionally in order to gauge if they would a.) miss this entirely or b.) try to tell me that I needed some unnecessary work done. Unfortunately, I have heard of this happening to other people far too often so I didn't want to take my chances. I was happy that they told me that the work I needed done matched that of my previous dentist ( I was unable to have him do the work due to our move). After this initial appt., I was able to schedule a cleaning with the hygienist. He seemed to do a thorough job and I was happy with his work. Soon after that, I had another appt. to take care of the fillings. This seemed to go really well, too. read more

I have been going to this office since they opened and it's the best office I have ever been to anywhere, Dr. Jay is the very best Dentist I have ever had and my whole family sees him and they all love him. I have complete trust in him and his staff for anything I need. Anything he recommends is in the patients best interest. I hope that people will give them a try regardless of one bad review by a person who obviously does not know how dentistry works, if you have been going to the dentist your whole life you should know that it is in your best interest to do deep cleanings in separate appointments so that they do not numb your whole mouth, and then bite your tissues off. Why would a person want a cleaning if they have cavities?? Your mouth is rotting but you want a cleaning? Really?I have never been to an office where they will clean your teeth if you have decay. Plus if you need a deep cleaning that means you have deep tarter and they can't do a simple cleaning, it requires more work and more time and yes it costs extra. I have always been scared of shots and Dr. Jay has never hurt my gums. Pain free dentistry! Love it!!! And the best chair side manner ever! read more
