Everyone was very friendly helpful informative and knowledgeable. Enough so that I have switched to them as my dentist:)

From start to finish, my experience at Estrella Falls was outstanding. The waiting room's relaxing decor instantly calms your nerves, and the front desk gentleman was genuinely kind, professional, and helpful. I also loved their modern, paperless laptop check-in.The medical team is top-tier. My hygienist was gentle, thorough, and highly skilled--my mouth feels incredibly clean. The dentist was equally fantastic, taking her time to answer questions without feeling rushed. This office perfectly balances professional expertise with true patient comfort. I highly recommend them! The office waiting area was relaxing and inviting so you feel comfortable, much better than other dental offices I've been to in past years. read more

The entire team provided top-notch service from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The quality of their work is outstanding and extremely professional. We have been going to Doctor Jay's for about 12 years now. He has always been very kind, explains everything to the T, we trust him. We are in the process right now to give me new crowns to get my beautiful smile back. It's been long hours, but pain free and recovery has been quicker than expected. Robert does my teeth cleaning, and he is the best. Kind, gentle and always attentive and ready to pause at a moment's notice if there should be any discomfort. He tunes into you very well. The office staff is very friendly and attentive also. LeAnn has been there from the beginning and we love her. It always has been a pleasant experience and they also play great music. read more

Today was my first visit to Dr Jay after my previous dental office stopped taking my insurance. I can't be happier with everyone at this office from the time I made my appt in June to today's services. Angel was awesome with my cleaning as I experience some anxiety with the procedure. I have never had a more thorough exam as I did today with Dr Jay. He explained in detail tooth by tooth what his concerns were for now and the future. I never felt rushed into anything and I feel 100% confident everything will improve. I've always had issues since I was 18. Over 55 years later I am still controlling them and very pleased to have this great staff guide me through. And I want to give kudos and more thanks to the front desk staff who went over and above having everything ready for me to review when I left my appointment. I HIGHLY recommend. read more

I was scheduled 3 plus weeks out and they called the morning of my appointment to let me know they don't take my insurance.

Initial visit was comprehensive and the hygiene care was excellent. But the initial exam, with x-rays, was $448. That's twice what I paid in Beverly Hills. read more

I never give reviews, but I had to take the time to give this office a review after receiving such poor care from another provider. From the moment I walk into this office, I always feel welcomed. I've been to a lot of dentists over the past 6 decades and Estrella Falls is the by far the best and most trusted. The entire team is very professional, honest and gives the best care. And, you can tell everyone loves working there and really cares about you. They do not use high pressure tactics to sell you on a procedure, and they don't shame you if you haven't kept up the best hygiene. They make going to the dentist and enjoyable experience. Thank you to everyone at Estrella Falls Dentistry! read more

Estrella Falls Dentistry is truly #1...at least for us. We move 1+ hour drive away (each direction) and thought we would get a new, local, dentist. Big mistake. Their financial processing was challenging at best...and their empathy for patient pain and discomfort was non-existent. Came back to Jay Suaverdez DDS... Doing the drive is well worth it. His work is impeccable and he (and his staff) truly care about patient comfort. Thanks to Jay and team at Estrella Falls Dentistry. read more
