Disappointed by clinical choices and priority of speed over patient preference…read more I called this office specifically because they possess a Waterlase machine, which is highly effective for minimally invasive cavity removal--especially on virgin front teeth where preserving natural enamel is crucial. My daughter's dentist uses this exact technology for cavities, so I know its capabilities well. Unfortunately, I was told that the dentist here chooses not to use the laser for cavity removal because it "takes too much time." For a patient willing to pay out-of-pocket to protect their natural teeth, being told a superior, less-invasive technology won't be used simply because a traditional drill is faster is deeply disappointing. It feels like this practice prioritizes high patient turnover and faster, cosmetic treatments over basic tooth preservation. If you are looking for an office that actually utilizes its advanced technology to care for your teeth rather than prioritizing high-volume scheduling, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

It saddens me that I have to change to a different dentist office. My biggest issue, only issue, has been communication--specifically, getting someone to answer the phone. Out of 15 calls made at various times, only one was answered. I received a text saying my crown was ready and to call the office, but again, no one picked up. I had to text back to schedule the appointment. When I experienced dental pain, I called and left a message because no one answered. I eventually got a call back two hours later--but by then, I had already found another dental clinic that could see me. Just this morning at 9:45 AM, I called to cancel all my future appointments and, once again, had to leave a message. If poor phone responsiveness doesn't bother you, I highly recommend this dental office--the dentists are truly excellent.

I have paid a total of $446.00 out of pocket for the services I received from this office. That is after an $80 credit. I did receive bills for even more money, but I left a negative review on Yelp and was contacted by the practice. I was told I should ignore the bills I was sent because the practice has no control over their system and it sends out bills whether money is owed or not. My experience of medical practices is that an estimate of service costs is provided prior to provision of services and it does not tend to be hundreds of dollars off base. I don't recommend the practice simply because their patients should have a reasonable understanding of what a service will cost. It's too much of a risk. There are many dental practices out there that can tell you precisely what you will owe them for your care and that have gained complete mastery over their billing system. But no complaints about the clinical care.
