I love that they offer same day crowns. Their prices are better than another local dentist I went…read moreto consult first in Buckeye. They also take a more conservative approach with dentistry. I only docked one star because getting in touch to schedule or hear back from the front office can be challenging and even a but frustrating. But once you get there, the service is great. The staff does not understand universal precautions and simple handwashing. You see techs walking…read morethe halls in gloves and going room to room without changing them. No sinks in rooms for handwashing. No hand cleaner on wall. As a public health nurse I find this unbelievable. Went in for pain in a molar. Needed a root canal. Root was fractured too far down and the endodontist who was very good stopped the procedure and stated I needed extraction. Paid in full for procedure. They billed my insurance 6 x what I paid! Had the tooth pulled. The DMD did not want to use sedation which was fine. Stated it would only take 5 minutes. He did not read that they had tried to do the root canal. The tooth came apart and 40 minutes later her was still trying to get the tooth out. He damaged the crown next to the tooth. I came down with thrush and a upper respiratory bug a couple days later. I paid cash for the procedure at the rate they quoted. They billed my insurance $6000! I will be reporting this and finding another dental practice.

Highly Recommend!…read more From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by smiling, courteous staff who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental hygienist was thorough, gentle, and truly caring, taking the time to explain things and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, and did an excellent job of putting me at ease. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to upsell cosmetic dentistry, which unfortunately has become the norm elsewhere. The focus was clearly on my dental health, not on selling unnecessary services. I left feeling very happy with my experience, and for the first time, I don't dread going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this office.

I was the first patient at this location that had a new crown made while I waited in the chair…read more Unbelievable how fast my experience was, in at 8 and out at 10. My wife was there for the same thing two weeks before, she had to go in to have the "cast" taken then come back for the crown. With this new CNC machine they do it ALL in one appointment. The only problem is, they still charge the same price. When I asked for a discount they said all pricing is from Corporate. THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS. First you are eliminating one entire appointment, SAVINGS. By eliminating that appointment you can see more patients, ADDED REVENUE. By doing the crown in house MORE SAVINGS. Hey corporate, REDUCE YOUR FEES FOR FUTURE CROWNS. Doug G

However, the front desk staff have consistently been rude, dismissive, and condescending. At first, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but after multiple visits for my braces check-ups, their attitude has been the same each and every time. It's disappointing because it reflects poorly on an otherwise wonderful office. I truly love my dentist, but the lack of professionalism from the reception team makes the overall experience far less pleasant than it should be.

Update:01/28/2026 I…read morevisited a highly recommended dentist at a different office and learned that the information provided by Goodyear Orthodontics was inaccurate. I was told I had a one-surface filling, when in fact it is a four-surface filling, which now requires a crown and possibly a root canal. The new dentist could physically see the cavity, raising serious concerns about how this office failed to diagnose obvious decay. It is unacceptable for a dental practice to miss decay that is visible both on X-rays and to the naked eye. Dentistry should be about saving teeth, not allowing them to deteriorate for future financial gain. This experience has completely eroded my trust in this office. If I could give negative stars, I would. In 2019, Dr. Ashton placed a crown on tooth #3. From the beginning, the crown created a significant food trap. At every six-month cleaning, I repeatedly complained about this issue. Each time, I was told everything "looked fine," despite my concerns and despite the fact that I previously worked in a dental office and knew something was wrong. At my most recent cleaning on December 29, 2025, I again reported the food trap. Nothing was done. However, the hygienist always seemed to find issues with my gums -- yet the crown itself was never addressed. 3 weeks after my cleaning the crown came off. I was informed that I now have a cavity under the crown. This office now wants to charge me $600-$1,000 for a replacement crown -- for a failure that should never have happened. This office watched a crown fail over several years, ignored repeated complaints, and now expects me to pay for their poor workmanship. This feels less like healthcare and more like a money funnel -- substandard work designed to fail so patients return for expensive treatments years later. I am extremely disappointed. I strongly encourage anyone who has experienced issues with this office to file a complaint with their dental insurance provider and the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.
