My bike was ready by Tuesday, which was a pretty quick turnaround. The shop was PACKED with bikes, both for sale and waiting to be picked up, so clearly they stay busy. When I picked mine up, it seriously looked brand new! Everything was cleaned up, serviced, and ready for me to get back on the road. Really appreciated Aly's help and the overall service. I'll definitely be back for future bike needs.

BEWARE: This business sells dangerously defective products and refuses to stand behind them…read more I purchased a bike from this establishment that literally BROKE IN HALF during a simple 10-mile ride. I was stranded and forced to walk home carrying the broken frame myself. When I contacted the owner and provided proof of the damage, he initially refused to issue a refund and only agreed to have the manufacturer send a replacement after repeated complaints. Unbelievably, the replacement bike ALSO broke in half just a few months later. At that point, instead of taking responsibility for selling two catastrophic failures, the owner told me he had already "given me a free bike" and refused to refund me. Selling one unsafe bike is unacceptable, selling two and then blaming the customer is outrageous. This business clearly does not care about customer safety, product quality, or basic accountability. A bike frame snapping in half is not a minor issue, it is a serious safety hazard that could have caused a major injury or worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to take their money elsewhere unless they enjoy wasting money on dangerous products and being ignored when something goes wrong.

ET is filled with the most killer selection of things for every budget. My kids are new to surfing,…read moreso we're all still learning what's necessary and what isn't in terms of gear. What is immediately apparent once you walk into ET is just how much every single employee there genuinely wants to help you out however you need. There's zero pushy sales bs, and nothing but genuine interaction. We ended up getting a Ripcurl spring suit, some Sticky Bumps, and checking out their huge selection of boards. I was anxious to get a "real" board, but the guy helping us was kind enough to tell me to slow my roll. My kids are on Wavestormers and still getting a feel for it, and the guy suggested not to rush them past that stage. Much appreciated advice, and it means I am 1000% coming back to ET when they *are* ready for new boards. There's a reason places like ET have been open for decades--they're doing it right in every respect.

Excellent shop and outstanding service from Kevin!…read more This shop is a great place for skateboards, roller skates, and inline skates. I brought my inline skates in for maintenance, and Kevin was fantastic. He's clearly a true technician who knows his craft. I could see the enthusiasm and pride he takes in his work as he serviced my skates, explained exactly what he was doing, and got the work done right away. Kevin is also an excellent salesperson. While I was there, I watched him help a customer who was purchasing a $200 pair of skates despite being a beginner. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly focused on helping the customer find the right equipment. Whether you're looking for a skateboard, roller skates, or inline skates--or simply need maintenance--I highly recommend coming here first. Ask for Kevin.
