ET is filled with the most killer selection of things for every budget. My kids are new to surfing,…read moreso we're all still learning what's necessary and what isn't in terms of gear. What is immediately apparent once you walk into ET is just how much every single employee there genuinely wants to help you out however you need. There's zero pushy sales bs, and nothing but genuine interaction. We ended up getting a Ripcurl spring suit, some Sticky Bumps, and checking out their huge selection of boards. I was anxious to get a "real" board, but the guy helping us was kind enough to tell me to slow my roll. My kids are on Wavestormers and still getting a feel for it, and the guy suggested not to rush them past that stage. Much appreciated advice, and it means I am 1000% coming back to ET when they *are* ready for new boards. There's a reason places like ET have been open for decades--they're doing it right in every respect.

I'll definitely be back for future bike needs.

BEWARE: This business sells dangerously defective products and refuses to stand behind them…read more I purchased a bike from this establishment that literally BROKE IN HALF during a simple 10-mile ride. I was stranded and forced to walk home carrying the broken frame myself. When I contacted the owner and provided proof of the damage, he initially refused to issue a refund and only agreed to have the manufacturer send a replacement after repeated complaints. Unbelievably, the replacement bike ALSO broke in half just a few months later. At that point, instead of taking responsibility for selling two catastrophic failures, the owner told me he had already "given me a free bike" and refused to refund me. Selling one unsafe bike is unacceptable, selling two and then blaming the customer is outrageous. This business clearly does not care about customer safety, product quality, or basic accountability. A bike frame snapping in half is not a minor issue, it is a serious safety hazard that could have caused a major injury or worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this establishment to take their money elsewhere unless they enjoy wasting money on dangerous products and being ignored when something goes wrong.

I brought my inline skates in for maintenance, and Kevin was fantastic. He's clearly a true technician who knows his craft. I could see the enthusiasm and pride he takes in his work as he serviced my skates, explained exactly what he was doing, and got the work done right away. Kevin is also an excellent salesperson. While I was there, I watched him help a customer who was purchasing a $200 pair of skates despite being a beginner. He was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly focused on helping the customer find the right equipment. Whether you're looking for a skateboard, roller skates, or inline skates--or simply need maintenance--I highly recommend coming here first. Ask for Kevin. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for skating really stand out.

Later that evening (Friday) I received a phone call from a young lady, I believe her name was Betty, she explained to me that I needed more than just cleaning on the wheels and bearings, I even got a video of what was wrong and I thought that was pretty cool so I can visually see the problem. When I went to go pick up my skates I then spoke with Kevin and he mentioned he didn't want to start because I had OTHER issues going on with my skates...once he explained to me step by step what he was going to do with the option I chose, I said ok and waited for like a hour which is not bad at all and then he recommended a different plate which I plan on getting for my birthday in October, OVERALL the prices were reasonable, the WHOLE staff is wonderful, patient, communicative, incredible people who really take care of their customers, I WILL definitely recommend this place and I'll be back soon thank you all!!!!!!

The store is remarkable and serves the Board community well. The thing about Arbor over other sporting goods type stores is that the products designed and materials used follow strict sourcing requirements to reduce the impact to earth. I got my first Arbor shirt at REI over 20 years ago and have been an avid follower of their products. I ended up buying several sweatshirts and hoodies which were embroidered or printed in very cool fashion. All the items I purchased were 50 percent off and are of great quality. The cashier and main employee was really nice, as we had nice conversations about our dogs and how she got into boarding. With such nice savings, I'll be back for value priced summer clothing in the next few months.
