I requested a quote from yelp and in a few minutes Corey emailed me back letting me know he can assist with with my job. I liked the way he got in touch with me quick, during the rest of the day 4 more companies got in touch with me but I wanted to use Corey because he seemed honest and the price was fair. They have a flat rate service I choose for handyman for the day. David came to my home a few days prior to the job appointment day to look at the work to make sure it could be done in a day and agreed it could. He came on the agreed time ready to tackle the job. He also picked up the materials from home depot I needed to get the tiles done like the grout, this was a nice plus. The job started at 9am and he was done by 5pm. He came back the next day to set the grout as it needed a day to dry. Everything went smooth and we are happy with end result. I will be using David and Corey for future jobs, thanks guys!

We were looking for a reliable retractable screen company that could install a high quality screen,…read moreand provide work that we could trust, at a reasonable price. Several of my friends who live at Valencia Bay and Valencia Sound recommended Resolute Retractable Screens and Shades in Delray. One is a long time customer who has been satisfied with the retractble awning and shades for the pateo and pool from Resolute as holding up well thru the years. I called 3 companies to get estimates and 2 of them gave me a 2 week long wait time window to even come out and have a look. David from Resolute was happy to come out the very next day. He had photos of his installations all over Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Boca. I was impressed with his knowledge and long experience. He understood exactly what was right for our pateo and recommended a retractable screen system for our house that would work best. He measured carefully, and gave me an estimate that was better than I expected. Best of all he quoted a completion time in just weeks, not months. Needless to say I'm a happy camper. David even showed us some great looking window treatments for our new home. The custom curtains and blinds offered by Resolute are really the best we've seen. They're next on my list. If you're looking for retractable screens or shades, David is the five star guy that you can trust.

Stay far away and don't believe their sales pitch. I paid to have retractable insect screens…read morefitted to my patio. The job was horrific: screens had seams across the entire width when their contract showed one panel dimensions. It said nothing about seaming. The owner of the company uses unlabeled screens so there is no way to know what he is providing. There is no warranty because he has to register the screens and he refuses to do so. Two of the housing are too short width wise and daylight comes through. The workers take shortcuts like not putting elbows on the wire conduit leaving the most vulnerable part exposed. He removed the controller to operate the screens from the property even though we paid for it and refuses to return it so we can't operate the screens. He abandoned the job without finishing. I can't include pictures of the huge ugly seams of the shades because he took the controller to operate the shades so they are in the canisters and cannot be used. The cutting work of his crew was very poor with wrong cuts being filled with caulking. He didn't use the correct length of screen even though it exists because he provided cheap screens that had to be seamed to make up the length. The owner misrepresented what he was contracted to do. He did not finish the electrical. He doesn't keep appointments. His prices are very high and there is no warranty because he does not register the product. Nothing is labeled so one has no idea what we bought. And the owner of the company is a bully! Could it get any worse?
