So it started with him picking up the phone with many companies don't let alone even call you back. Then he came that same day like within a couple of hours even to go as far as communicating with me with an ETA. He greeted me with a genuine smile and excellent customer service professionalism. He quoted me an amazing price so good that I gave him a huge tip because he did a great job and I felt the price was too low to the quality service he did for the job in a short span. . I also gave him dinner because after getting to know him I felt like he was family and my kids loved him. I had to take a pic with him because he did such a beautiful job. Tarick was responsive from first contact, made it easy to book an appointment, called when he was on the way, showed up on time, and worked efficiently and quickly. He installed a 55" TV for me and improved the installation of another tv in another room (hid the wires better for me), and was done with both in about 40 minutes.
