They finally met with me and said they scanned the death certificate and said I should contact Chase mortgage the following week. Giving them the ability to hit you with a $35 overdraft fee ( with no way to remove ). Terrible customer service, any push back they hang up. So far, I haven't had any issues and going into the branch, has been pleasant. I will say, the "freeze" option they have for their debit card, I feel, is somewhat pointless. It is great when traveling or if you're wanting to avoid unknown fees, but that's as far as it goes. With USAA, I would freeze my card and that froze all transactions that were trying to be submitted. Navy, it still allows transactions for merchants that you've used your debit cards for. Other than that, I really enjoy Navy!
