I sent out one of Yelp's RFQs a couple weeks ago, and Jazmine's was one of the first businesses to…read morerespond. They came out that weekend to give me a free quote, and I felt very comfortable with them. While I was a bit hesitant to do such a big job with a company with few reviews, I selected them based on my like for both Jose and Vera, their very fair quote, and their clear expertise when it comes to landscaping. So, what did I have done? I had the entire front and back yard xeriscaped (see before and after pics I uploaded). They really had their work cut out for them! The yard was a mess with dandelions and a plethora of other weeds, and had really been ripped up thanks to cutting down a few sumacs over the years (and, to be honest, my general disdain for lawn maintenance). No problem for Jazmine's - in just a day and a half they got everything dug out, laid weed cover (the good stuff), planted three trees, and put down all the rock. They were very patient with me in choosing the trees and the rock, and took an immense amount of pride in their work. Jose even came back the next day and added a little mulch around the new trees - I guess what they'd put down the day before wasn't quite up to his standards (even though it certainly met mine!). The whole crew were a delight to have around! Everyone was friendly and professional, working quickly and cleaning up after themselves. I'm guessing some of you have also been hesitant to book Jazmine's for big projects since they're new to Yelp, but I can vouch for them and their work 100%

So, a few weeks later, I reached out again - no reply. Same thing a few weeks later. It's a shame - seems like they do good work and we would have liked to work with them. Edit: The business replied with totally inaccurate information. I put out a call for weeding. The next day, I got a "quote" of $65/hour so I said it sounded great and would be happy to have them come look at the scope and start work. No reply. About 18 days later, I asked if they were still interested in doing the job. No reply. So if this is how they tell you they've decided not to work with you, it's not an awesome communication method. Hopefully others have better luck connecting with them to get work completed.

Let me say this. If you need tree work done in your yard, and are looking at vendors, whether you…read moredecide on Qualitree or not, you DEFINITELY need to have them on your evaluation list. We needed a tree removed from our backyard and I personally vetted out five vendors, including one I used before. Everyone comes to your property and looks at the situation, gives you their thoughts, and send you an estimate. MEETING Ronny, who runs this place, is worth the experience alone. He is knowledgeable, not overly sales-y, transparent, friendly, and really seems to have a passion and caring for his work that is unmatched. This man truly loves trees, and just comes across as a really good dude. His price was really good in comparison to the others, but his personality is what really sold me on their company. He gave me options for the estimate, so I understood the various tiers of work. Most importantly, instead of upselling me on more work, his primary option was a lower amount, but made the most amount of sense for future housework we are having done. Finally, he spotted something in the pine trees (ips beetle marks) that no one else noticed. That really caught my eye. As far as the process... He first moved another appointment to accommodate our first choice of date. Then, he had some people get sick (pretty logical that you need the required amount of folks to remove a tree to do a job), had to cancel, and then moved ANOTHER appointment to accommodate the next available day. The removal was seamless. His crew was respectful, polite, and friendly, his work was done in the promised time, and he even called Xcel personally both for the required power off but also for the power on. We also had a tricky brick-surrounded island to navigate around, and watching them drop stuff harmlessly around it was sort of like watching Van Gogh paint a masterpiece. They are very careful about your belongings, and they even covered my hot tub during the removal. They left the place as they found it (except for the missing tree), and kept me in the loop on progress all day. His estimated price was the final price, and a customer always likes when hidden fees don't appear. He was organized via check, Zelle, or Venmo for payment (QR codes ready to go), and efficiently passed me that info when needed. Very organized shop. Removing a tree is nothing any homeowner wants to deal with optimally, but I can say that I enjoyed Qualitree's process more than I could have imagined. Sorry that I was working during any possible pics of them being high in the air. Last thing. I love wordplay, and you have to simply LOVE the name of a tree company being Quali...tree. Highly, highly recommend these folks to take care of your tree needs...

She provided thoughtful design ideas, walked us through different material options, and helped us stay within our budget every step of the way. Ernesto and his crew were equally impressive. They were always punctual, highly professional, and paid close attention to every detail. Whenever I had a question during the project, Ernesto took the time to explain everything and made sure we stayed aligned with the plan. The project was completed on time, on budget, and the finished backyard exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I would recommend Laura, Ernesto, and their team without hesitation--in fact, I've already recommended them to my neighbors!

Teo was able to recycle a lot of material in our back yard to help bring the price around $5k cheaper than the next best offer. Now when the price is that good, some might expect poor work or follow through. That wasn't the case. The job took a bit longer than expected but Teo was great at communicating if he was going to be back in 1-2 days so he could fulfill smaller projects which I was fine with, especially for the price he saved us. After he laid the sod we did have a couple areas die and Teo came back twice to patch the areas of concern and even patched areas we were not concerned about and changed sprinkler heads to make it more efficient for us. Again, when the price is that good some people might expect to pay the contractor and never see them again but that's not the case. Having a company that follows through and comes back to make things "perfect" is all you can ask for, and him working with us to recycle a lot of material and save us $ made it all worth it. The concrete he added in the front also turned out great. Definitely call to get work done by them if you are on a budget and don't want to worry about half asked jobs. Also if you are wondering why one area is left as dirt, we asked him to leave it like that so we can DIY a garden
