The beds are heated & with the soft music you can just about fall asleep during your procedure. Today I went for my brows to be done with microblading, Viviana did my procedure. OMG Gorgeous!! They are feathered exactly how I wanted them! I can not begin to tell you how thrilled I am!!! Had a consultation in NYC for the fractional laser treatment but after that place messed up my botox and gave me a droopy eye, I wasn't going to let them get me with a laser. Jamie was totally willing to work around my crazy schedule and we met for a consultation on a sunday. She explained everything and I ended up signing up right then and there and had my first treatment. I have never had anything like this done before so I was really nervous but Jamie put me at ease. She allowed me to take a break when necessary and she was SO thorough. I was impressed. I can't speak for the results as of yet since I only had it four days ago but I am looking forward to posting my before and after pics once I complete all laser treatments. She was very knowledgeable and I did both lasers that she recommended. She was so very thorough and explained everything the entire time. Im a few weeks post treatment and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Within several days my dark spots darkened and then flaked off. My freckles were lightened and my skin looks so youthful! She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
