Although, it was an older treadmill it was working fine! The first thing they did was break a belt after they opened it. Then told us it would be $40+ to replace (although, they broke it!). We agreed to get the belt replaced. When we called to find out when they would be back to fix what they had broken- they weren't even aware they were supposed to be back. After my husband explained the situation, they ordered the belt and a couple of weeks later showed up to replace the belt. Unfortunately this time they blew up the PCBA (the board). So, after $182.00 and a lot of headaches. We went from a working treadmill to have to pay to trash it. Very sad! Very disappointing! **I Disagree with some of your techs untrue comments. Yes, the treadmill was 11 years old. but, it was working FINE! Also after they broke it, they recommended for us to fix i- and we decided not to. Their sizing is awful and definitely enough to go all the way down to three stars and then you have to consider that their full warranty is absolutely useless. You would think they would back these things up because they want their company to do well, but that might be one of the reasons they use so many different company names so that the bad reputation gets scattered amongst all the different names. Overall it's just some shady stuff. The warranty is worth nothing. The only reason I give them the extra star is because of the really attractive packaging which is what drew us to them in the first place.

The product page did not clearly disclose that these were "Zero Cushioning" socks -- which is critical for someone like me with neuropathy and foot pain. That detail only appeared on the packaging after delivery. The socks were also far smaller than expected, despite ordering X-Large. I contacted customer service on February 14 requesting a return and refund. I received only an automated response (Request ID #103813). After multiple follow-ups, there has been zero response. No return instructions. No refund. The socks remain unused and in original packaging. For a brand with such a long reputation, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.
