Brought my 12 yr old who wanted to get into lacrosse but none of the sizes fit my son - STRIKE 1. They took my name and said they would send me information on what he should order - even though he couldn't try it on to see if it fit. When they sent out the email to everyone who came to the fitting, they did not send any info to me about what my son would need so I had to email them - STRIKE 2 They did respond with the information so placed my order. A few days later, we got an email that the shoulder pads we ordered would not be in for almost 6 weeks. Had to call and cancel that part of the order and had to buy them from Amazon for $20 less - No Strike there! Then they finally ship out the remaining order only to tell me in the shipping notice email that ANOTHER part of the order was back ordered - mind you this is now the day before the camp is to begin. Checked the original order and the glove WERE in stock at the time of the order. So I have to call AGAIN and get that part of the order cancelled AGAIN - STRIKE 3 I couldn't even get a refund on the promotional gift card I had so I could order other items later because I was told "once you enter in the promotional gift card you can't reuse it". Ive had a club lax membership since 07, so I decided I would find out if I could use my points towards it. I spoke to George, and he informed me I had 35 points, and the purchase I made today hadn't counted towards my account yet. He told me I could order a gift card with my points and use that towards the purchase of the stick BUT the gift card wouldn't activate till the deal of the day was over. roadblock. He very quickly figured out that if I purchased the stick at the advertised price and then cancelled the gift card I purchased with the points, I would then receive a refund for that amount back to the card I purchased the stick with, effectively giving me the discount. He very easily could have said "Im sorry, your points aren't active and I can't help you" but he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted, at a price point i wasn't even thinking was possible when I made the phone call. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend lacrosse.com to anyone looking to purchase lacrosse equipment if not for their great deals, but for the amount of service you can expect from the staff when you place your order. In a day where service has gone by the wayside, Great Atlantic sets themselves apart from the pack with their above and beyond approach.

I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.

Although, it was an older treadmill it was working fine! The first thing they did was break a belt after they opened it. Then told us it would be $40+ to replace (although, they broke it!). We agreed to get the belt replaced. When we called to find out when they would be back to fix what they had broken- they weren't even aware they were supposed to be back. After my husband explained the situation, they ordered the belt and a couple of weeks later showed up to replace the belt. Unfortunately this time they blew up the PCBA (the board). So, after $182.00 and a lot of headaches. We went from a working treadmill to have to pay to trash it. Very sad! Very disappointing! **I Disagree with some of your techs untrue comments. Yes, the treadmill was 11 years old. but, it was working FINE! Also after they broke it, they recommended for us to fix i- and we decided not to.
