No one had ever explained that to me. After following thier treatment plan, pool looks fantastic !! ProServe Pools has taken care of us for years. The owner, Shawn takes the time to listen and then makes the right recommendation based on experience. I read a negative review left about ProServe being unprofessional - totally bogus. Wendy was patient with helping me choose my surfacing and pavers. Sean came out and evaluated the deck with Tyler and together it was a all in all great experience. What I think one of the best customer services I have ever had with a construction company. Tyler always kept me up to dad daily on the progress of the job. A great family company. A very professional pool company to work with. Monique was very helpful and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Do not use this company! The owner is condescending and rude. I was nice not to review them poorly 2 years ago when they were doing a haphazard job of cleaning my pool with different service people coming and going. I paid $10 extra each month to service the free standing hot tub as well but they denied that was the agreement. Now, without realizing they were the same company, I used them to secure a loose pool light for $220 and 3 days later, it is completely off and their remedy is to have me pay another $220 to re-secure it. read more

As a Community Association Manager, I've had occasion to hire ProServe Pools at many locations over the years and have nothing but the greatest respect for the owner and the professionalism he resonates. He will never throw the competition under the bus, which many various vendors I encounter do, instead preferring letting his team of service techs show the difference. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved immediately, the office staff is awesome, and I liked them so much when it became apparent I couldn't take care of my residential pool any longer, they were happy to take over the service. New to New Smyrna Beach, it's hard to know which vendors to pick for critical work. ProServe Pools were great. Their Pool Care School was worth every penny as a staff member comes to look at your pool system, evaluate its state and efficiency, and trains you in how best to care for your pool and its systems. They also identified a leak other inspections missed and helped me to get my pool running in the most efficient way. And their pool maintenance team is great. What I find most helpful is the email I get after each visit which provides me with the key water indicators so I know what was done, why and what I should look after before the next visit. I cannot recommend ProServe. I consistently had problems as a result of improper or a lack of maintenance, and as much as I raised my concerns to management, they never accepted responsibility and always asserted it was my fault. Over the years, I've had two pools and four pool maintenance companies within this community and ProServe is clearly in last place. I'm sorry, but as much as I would like to, I simply cannot recommend them. read more

After draining my pool twice on the advise of current pool service company first time 30% second 20% and being told that the pool salt cell was bad we were told that they could not solve the problem. The sent over Pro Service. The immediately told me the reason the problems were reoccurring were that the pool must be drained 100%, cleaned with bleach, the filter exchanged and the pool rebalanced. Maria, Rob and Shawn treated us more than professionally and solve the problem. They called in advance of every visit, showed up on time and were fabulous. This pool company services a private club where I am a member. Today, in the middle of a weekday, one of their employees showed up to service the pool. There were 2 other members present, an elderly couple. The husband was swimming laps. When the employee pulled up as he was getting out of his truck, the elder woman approached him and asked if he was there to service the pool, he responded with a very rude, snarky remark. The lady didn't know if he was cleaning the pool or perhaps just taking samples or what not. I asked him how long we needed to stay out of the water, he again was incredibly rude, nasty. The elder woman swore she heard him call me an asshole. We are longtime members of this club, this guy was there to perform a service, all he had to do was respond with a little decency and respect and I wouldn't be writing this review. Never have I seen a service person be more rude to an elder woman than I did today. I DO NOT recommend this company especially if you're an older woman, the guy in my opinion is a misogynist. read more
