Do not use this company for installation or service! They have the absolute worst communication…read moresystem for scheduling. They do not stick to their schedule after making me wait 2 weeks. I had a morning appointment for an install inspection between 8a -12p. At 11:30 I get a call telling they need to change my appointment for the afternoon But could not give me an ETA. Next app to install was another 2 week wait. Again get a call that parts were not available so needed to reschedule. The tech forgot he had told me to get the parts. So I explained that I had the parts and I needed them to keep to scheduled time of 8-12. This was 10:40 am. The dispatcher said she will speak to the tech supervisor and call me back, I never received a phone call I only received a text at 2p saying the tech was in route. Great from where? I called and again they could not give me an eta. My day was already messed up waiting for this guy. I said somebody needs to give me an idea because I have meetings. I get a call back from the tech that he was 20 mins out. He finally arrived at 3:15. Now comes the worst part. I should have check everything was running before he left but I had been out twice and asked that he redo one pipe direction and then to check for a leak and found one that he fixed. and at that time the salt cell was working. When I went out right after he left the salt cell was no longer lit up. This is obviously a flow problem. So I had to turn the system off so more damage is not created! And I call and can only to the people in the Philippines!! It's crazy really! So right now my pool pump is off. I Have been told to many times to count that a supervisor or manager will call me back. I am yet to hear from anyone. This company is the absolute worst. Do not use them! Pinch a penny is 100 local and reliable.

Taylor from Daydream Pools took the time to visit, measure the pool, and explain the causes of its discoloration and rust spots. We agreed on an estimate, and the crew arrived two days earlier than expected, the resurfacing work was exceptional. They meticulously chipped out the old plaster around the perimeter and outlet ports, then plastered the pool with the color I selected. The transformation was incredible--my pool went from a zero to a ten! They also replaced all the drain and port covers. The day after the water was added, Taylor returned to help get the pool started and added the necessary chemicals. I am very pleased with the crew and the service I received.
