Labor Day 2021 we were unable to use our pool as it was green...the company was again unresponsive. Drove to their Port Orange to speak to or rather shame Maurice regarding the ongoing issues and lack if response. He called my husband (A fellow FL State Contractor) to rectify and as I requested. The pool was so bad the water had to be drained and refilled. They didn't take or provide a water reading so you can imagine our water bill. Labor Day 2022...GREEN POOL AGAIN!!! Sent a text message with photos to an employee and Maurice...again the company was unresponsive. Called the office today only to receive the pre-recorded message they are Out Of Business. Not even the courtesy of a letter or recommendation of another pool service. Poor business etiquette and performance. Their trademark is "We make vacation water" they should add the word occasionally.
