My company was doing a large business card order, as we'd done a revamp of all of our job titles, and the self service online vendor we normally use wasn't going to work for the amount of cards we needed. A search on Yelp brought me to Proprint, which is right down the street from us. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The response time to my initial inquiry was quick and the quotes were reasonable. The project ended up dragging on for over a month because of hold ups on our end and Jay was super patient while we tried to get our act together. We ended up placing an order a little smaller than what I'd initially expected. But we were finally ready to go, I'd get the proofs back probably no more than a hour later, and when I had revisions, he sent those back immediately as well. The orders went out about 2 weeks ago, and I'm guessing by the fact that no one has contacted me, everyone was satisfied with the finished product. Amazing. The whole experience at ProPrint was amazing. The employees were friendly and great to work with. The turnaround was quick but they made sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. We must have gone back and forth via email 5 times before agreeing the design for my wedding invitations was perfect. Once I confirmed everything looked great the our order was ready for pick up two days later. We had envelops printed with our return address on them, RSVP cards and envelops with our address, the invitations and a details sheet printed. Everything looked amazing and exactly how we pictured it if not better! Again the whole experience was simply amazing from the customer service to the product I would not change a thing! Forget all the chain shops. I've used them in the past, and they suffice where Pro Print excels. I used them for a final project this semester (I'm a design student, so I have particular needs from a printer, as well as a short timeframe and a shoestring budget). When Kinko's quoted me almost $150 for a single project, I balked and started looking for other options. Pro Print called in response to my late-night email as soon as they opened the next day and quoted me a price that was one-third of what Kinko's quoted me, and included cutting services too (as well as a proof if I wanted it). They also assured me the prints would be ready by the next afternoon, when I needed them. So I sent the file to them, and crossed my fingers. Print shops in the past have done alright. Some rough edges where they cut, intentional white borders accidentally removed. So I expected some sort of little surprise in their work. The surprise: They do perfect work. The prints are unbelievably gorgeous, and came out even better than I expected in a best-case scenario. To boot, I woke up with the plague the day I had to pick up the prints and couldn't push back my deadline, so they arranged to have the courier they work with drop them off (which was $24 to get it to JP, less than the cost of a round-trip cab ride.) I'll be returning to them for any and all future printing needs, and will be recommending them to anyone who ever needs a printer. I can't believe I didn't try them sooner! read more

These guys were great. I was getting several hundred booklets made, each 50 pages. It was an odd size as well---8.5x11 inches folded in half the vertical way. They were really patient with me in correcting my printing format. The cover was a slightly tougher card stock, and after you folded everything, there's no way the pages line up evenly. They went in and trimmed everything so that it's clean and perfect for me. I really loved working with them and def recommend them for your printing needs. I'm also personally a fan of supporting the smaller businesses owned by specialty enthusiasts, versus corporations run by drones. read more

This place is incredible! I cannot recommend it enough! I came here to print favors for our wedding guests. It was a picture book. Within 24 hours, they gave me a mockup and printed over 130 copies. I can't believe how fast and reasonable these guys are. I just went in today with my 'save the date'. I needed 100 copies printed and custom cut on vellum. I assumed I was going to just drop off my drive and pick them up in a few days but about 10 mins after walking through the door, I'm told "They will bring them up when they're done cutting." However, I'm not happy with the quality of their digital color prints compared to other prints I've gotten elsewhere over the years.
