Paul was a huge help! I needed to reprint a laminated, double-sided color file we'd ordered before…read more He pulled it up from the old estimate number, sent me a proof within minutes, and had the order ready by 9am the next morning--less than 2 business hours after I approved the proof. When his system's proof request had initially gotten stuck in my junk inbox, he followed up directly after not hearing from me for an hour since he knew the order was time-sensitive. I really appreciate that hands on attention, especially considering this was a pretty small order. Highly recommend AlphaGraphics. Faster, more affordable, higher quality, and far better service than the big-box print shops, I'll definitely be coming back.

Turns out their location was closed, new location still under construction. Both addresses show up on website and emails from them. Turns out my print was going to be in Woburn. When I went there 2 days later, it was not done yet. It was 'on it's way from Boston', come back later today. That's 2 1/2 days to get on print from pdf, after going on a treasure hunt to find where it was. Note that the Woburn location is a 30 minute one-way drive (without 128 traffic). Communication was as horrible as it was confusing, and waiting 2-3 days for one print is ridiculous. Too bad Amazon doesn't do printing, they would have it to me the same day.

I needed a team who were able to clean the home and appliances and get it ready for professional photos and for showings soon after. Sylvia personally visited the home to preview the work that needed to be done and was able to accommodate my needs quickly and efficiently. Her ladies were FABULOUS!! They work hard and are so kind, friendly and their attention to detail is second to none! The house sparkled like an absolute GEM! I was so pleased and the sellers were thrilled with the work that they did. The house sold very quickly for way over asking, and the condition of the home was a key reason. Sylvia was able to accommodate my request for a final cleaning after the messiness of the move was completed too, which made it so inviting for the new homeowners. Sylvia and her team are true professionals. I am so fortunate to use My Favorite Cleaners for my home too! I highly recommend them.
