I am not sure it would be possible to rent from a worse company and I am positive that landlords couldn't find anyone worse to manage their property(ies). Please see all their fabulous points below. I honestly wonder what people in this organization do all day, do they just go play golf? Do they have nap time all day? Does anyone actually work there? Are they simply a phone tree with a full voice mail? Are they simply that inept? It seems like someone with 2 braincells to rub together could do a better job running all functions of this company in all locations than everyone else combined.
Things I had happen to me while I lived with them as the manager of the property (3 years):
*Took 2 extra days to move in causing me to have to stay in a hotel out of pocket
*Old tenant left house trashed, they tried to tell me I took it as is (see pictures) despite not seeing it since it was shown, they cleaned some the next day, refused to pay for hotel, finished cleaning a few days later, did an ok job but really? 5 days for something that should have been done before move in?
*Old tenant showed up with a key to the house and tried to let themselves in, took arm twisting to get locks changed wouldn't pay for hotel.
*They couldn't be bothered to repair an elevated monoxide issue in the house for over 6 months.
*They lost the key to the house demanded I provide them one at MY COST.
*They couldn't provide any contractors to look at the steps which were a safety hazard (see pictures) to the point the property owner asked me to find them a contractor.
*No clear points of contact or escalation.
*Constant staff turnover making it impossible to get progress on anything.
*Could not manage to pay the water bill or bill me for it for more than 3 months continuously in the 3 years I lived there, generally took several phone calls and water shut off notices to resolve each time. Problem was never solved long term and generally the bill wouldn't be paid again the next month.
*No one seemed to have any skills in property management
*Could not be bothered to return phone calls
Property owners, if you want to pay 10% to a service that can do nothing more than send you your part of the rent check look no further.
Tenants, if you want to live in potentially dangerous conditions or have any other concerns to fall on deaf ears look no further.
This organization redefines what it means to have 1 star.

Follow up: I purchased this home in August, made it very clear in September they no longer had interests in the home, and yet in December still get threatening letters. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
