We have been searching for a bigger place for months due to welcoming a baby and having a 5 year old. We viewed a property through Premier, absolutely loved it and promptly applied for it. Paid over $200 for the application fees and pet service fees. They requested proof for my boyfriend's employment due to recently starting a new, better paying job because it "qualified us over the income requirement" no problem, it was quickly emailed to Mike, who we were working with. Went a week without any communication, we contacted Isra, who contacted us back decently quick and informed us that Mike had "misplaced" what we emailed him and she needed it sent to her. It was sent over the same day. Waited another week without any communication, called the office, was told we would be called back because it was "now being decided by the owners" 4 days later we received a phone call from Mike stating that the owners had chosen the other applicants because they submitted the deposit with their application, "which gave them a better chance" We were NEVER informed that we needed the deposit submitted with the application, on top of the over $200 in application and pet service fees. I don't recommend this company to anyone looking to rent. read more

Awful company. As written in other reviews, the communication is non existent. phone calls aren't returned. The only calls answered are the extension to schedule to view a property. The rest go to a dead unreviewed voicemail. Zero accountability. There is no one in charge of the office, and they will change the "property manager" at will so there is even more confusion. Think, "a moving target is harder to hit" philosophy. Additionally, they will attempt to have you perform the functions of office staff (without compensation of course). for example, a new computerized application process went online and we were unfortunate to be the first to use it. There were so many problems with it, likely because no one had tested it before making it active, that they asked us to make a list of problems with it so they could work on it. we politely declined and had to use a paper application. Also, they will attempt to have you be their maintenance tracking coordinator by downloading apps or interacting with websites to enter work order tracking information for them (also uncompensated office staff work). We had a house fire and were forced to rent while our home was repaired. After having to deal with this property mangement company, we gained some empathy for people who are not in any other financial position other than having to rent and are forced to deal with these types of awful companys. I am giving this company one more star than it deserves. The landlords took my rent when they were not supposed to, (which left my bank account over drawn) and was told that I would be reimbursed, and would get my security deposit. I later received an e-mail that not only would I not be reimbursed, and not getting my security deposit, they also charged me for a toilet seat that was damaged ( been damaged since the day I moved in, and I owe them over 2,000 dollars for the balance on my lease, which I was not informed of when I informed them of me vacating the apartment. I also put in a service request to have my bathroom heater fixed. The guys showed up, said it need a new part, and never returned, which left me with ice cold showers. I even got everything out in a timely manner, and spent a whole day patching in nail holes, and making sure the apartment was the same way it was when I moved in (very clean) all told, these people are crooks, and will likely continue taking money off of me long after my old apartment is occupied again read more

We were living out of the Hilton Garden Inn, in Monaca, PA, while trying to find a rental near the Shell Plant. I happened to go outside of Monaca and spoke with Mike about showing me a townhome there, which we leased. It had the most wonderful neighbors a person could ask for, and we sincerely were saddened that we had to leave PA and go back to Texas. Since my husbands job is contract, and most if not all are "At Will Contracts," Mike, and of course, the owner, thankfully allowed us an addendum to the contract, which, realeased us from the 1-year contract, after Shell decided to "restructure," and laid off a lot of people, my husband included. (He was new there and they always tend to lay off the new guys first. Regardless, we can't thank Mike, the real estate agent (and possibly Broker?) enough for his professionalism. I've never in my life been so disappointed in a rental management company. They are literal JOKES. I rented from them for an entire year, maintenance was horrific to put it nicely. I had to break my lease early due to being pregnant and having a discussion with my parents on what would be best for me long term, health wise and financially. It was stated in my lease that I had grounds to break my lease as long as I paid the early termination fee which is equal to rent. My rent was $695, I sent in $745 because I did have two cats ; I spoke with Debra and that was an overpayment because my term fee does not include the pet fees and they were going to refund me the $50 within 30 days. That payment was made in August and I HAVE YET to receive my money. I marketed my own apartment to get the process going quicker, took out my own time showing the apartment to strangers, and cooperated with literally EVERYTHING this company asked me to do, to be shit on in the end. I paid my rent for September. I had my daughter September 11th but informed debra I would be in the apartment on the weekends to do cleaning as it was still MINE until October 1st, which was stated on my termination letter that they apparently LOST, but it's funny because on that letter it literally states they can't market my apartment without having the termination fee and signed termination letter; so how were you able to get new tenants for my apartment if you didn't receive my letter? You sure as hell collected my money and didn't refund me tho? Snakes. They had maintenance men in my apartment without informing me, per my lease they were obligated to which they never did. They removed my flat screen TV without telling me and my lease ALSO states they need to have a written letter sent to me and if I don't reply within 10 days then that's grounds for removing my property. That didn't happen either. I had to find out by going to the damn apartment one weekend to clean after having my baby, and still then they were uncooperative and literal assholes about the entire situation and continuously asked how they could rectify the situation, and when given options they tell you no. great management let me tell you, they don't deserve jobs working with the public but that's a story for another day. They got mad at ME for being upset about the situation. And told me I could pick up my TV at the contractors garage. Why did this loser have my tv but left everything else at the apartment ? Funny. They broke my lease and refused to work with me to get my BELONGINGS back, that they stole.. so safe to say I had to lose out on my stuff because they are actually the worst people to "work" with, and fighting with them when I have a newborn at home is just ridiculous. Not only that. But now they took all of my deposit and said there were damages when the damages they are referring to were tiny holes needed patched in the wall because we hung stuff up and had baby gates, I sent an email to debra asked for the paint name and color because we were more than willing to fix those issues, yet no reply. So you charge me for damages when I was more than willing to fix everything and do the full job? And they charged me $75 for wiping out the fridge WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN DO IT because my last weekend I was there we finished the kitchen appliances and wipes everything from the inside out. I put a dispute in for my deposit and it's been a month and they are dodging our calls left and right. Janine and Debra are the worst staff this company has to offer, not to mention Bretta who does absolutely nothing in the maintenance department. It's literally sad how uncooperative they are, and horrific that they have access to people's personal information that they tend to LOSE. They are literally jokes, scammers, thieves, and the worst management company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with . They should actually be shut down, and when I get the chance you bet I'm reporting them to the real estate commission. And if I don't get these idiots to call me back or email me back about MY MONEY they owe me, it's court ‍ don't waste your time with this company, I should've listened to the people who told me the same and now I'm regretting it immensely. Awful company I have had so many issues with place . Yesterday yellow jackets came in from the wall they chewed a hole through they're were hundreds amd more came out of wall I call premier and the lady told me to calm down and plug the hole! U kidding me it was an infestation! Plus what if I'm allergic to bees. She was nasty to me. So they said they would have matience come. U kidding me ! I have a small dog and my daughter if my dog get stung it can be bad . So I tired to plug the hole like she said and I got stung hundreds kept pouring out. Instead of telling me let's set u up qith a hotel for te night to keep u safe they send matience who came hours later and said there nothing they can do it bad . So they called then and they then said we'll call a professional but ot will be after 4 before they can come out!! And basically fend for yourself. They came and said it contained for now but they will be back. We'll have to come back again. So u telling me I could be sleeping and I get stung again. I'm very upset. Also my celing has water issue or something for months they never fixed the problem. The microwave the put in broke after forst month they never fixed it. This is my health and to be Ina place that is infested is not acceptable and me getting stung after she told me to calm down and plug the hole. What if I was allergic and dident know . Does not deserve one star. I've had nothing but rude and arrogant service. Nobody returns calls or emails or tells you if you got the place. They keep your money I haven't received my deposit back. I've never dealt with such an arrogant agency. Don't use them. Mike Musolin one of their representatives showed me the first floor unit upon signing the lease and told me the third floor unit was the same. I get the third floor unit it wasn't clean the oven was nasty the vents were disgusting, the ceiling tiles were falling apart, the back porch has a hole in it. The floors are bad the bathroom is corroding, the windows are old while one was cracked and wasn't fixed, Lights fixture are trifling. My heat doesn't work while I informed them December 23, 2022 nothing still has been done and we are in February. They did an inspection six months ago the same problems existed and they didn't fix them. A couple of weeks ago they did an inspection on the same things but we're told through an email that I needed to be present for them to come in and I would give them a date. They came to the apartment unannounced while I was at work. Greg the lousy maintenance man sends me an email saying he did the inspection and my heat works even though nothing but cold air comes from the heater. He then says the inspection was done and put in my file and never says he going to fix anything. Code Enforcement came and cited them for everything I stated and more you'd figure they'd be professional and fix the problems or even give my security deposit back and let me out of my lease and they haven't said or done anything. They're the true definition of slumlords. I also put the rent into an Escrow account until everything Code Enforcement listed is taken care of.
