I've never in my life been so disappointed in a rental management company. They are literal JOKES. I rented from them for an entire year, maintenance was horrific to put it nicely. I had to break my lease early due to being pregnant and having a discussion with my parents on what would be best for me long term, health wise and financially. It was stated in my lease that I had grounds to break my lease as long as I paid the early termination fee which is equal to rent. My rent was $695, I sent in $745 because I did have two cats ; I spoke with Debra and that was an overpayment because my term fee does not include the pet fees and they were going to refund me the $50 within 30 days. That payment was made in August and I HAVE YET to receive my money. I marketed my own apartment to get the process going quicker, took out my own time showing the apartment to strangers, and cooperated with literally EVERYTHING this company asked me to do, to be shit on in the end. I paid my rent for September. I had my daughter September 11th but informed debra I would be in the apartment on the weekends to do cleaning as it was still MINE until October 1st, which was stated on my termination letter that they apparently LOST, but it's funny because on that letter it literally states they can't market my apartment without having the termination fee and signed termination letter; so how were you able to get new tenants for my apartment if you didn't receive my letter? You sure as hell collected my money and didn't refund me tho? Snakes. They had maintenance men in my apartment without informing me, per my lease they were obligated to which they never did. They removed my flat screen TV without telling me and my lease ALSO states they need to have a written letter sent to me and if I don't reply within 10 days then that's grounds for removing my property. That didn't happen either. I had to find out by going to the damn apartment one weekend to clean after having my baby, and still then they were uncooperative and literal assholes about the entire situation and continuously asked how they could rectify the situation, and when given options they tell you no. great management let me tell you, they don't deserve jobs working with the public but that's a story for another day. They got mad at ME for being upset about the situation. And told me I could pick up my TV at the contractors garage. Why did this loser have my tv but left everything else at the apartment ? Funny. They broke my lease and refused to work with me to get my BELONGINGS back, that they stole.. so safe to say I had to lose out on my stuff because they are actually the worst people to "work" with, and fighting with them when I have a newborn at home is just ridiculous. Not only that. But now they took all of my deposit and said there were damages when the damages they are referring to were tiny holes needed patched in the wall because we hung stuff up and had baby gates, I sent an email to debra asked for the paint name and color because we were more than willing to fix those issues, yet no reply. So you charge me for damages when I was more than willing to fix everything and do the full job? And they charged me $75 for wiping out the fridge WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN DO IT because my last weekend I was there we finished the kitchen appliances and wipes everything from the inside out. I put a dispute in for my deposit and it's been a month and they are dodging our calls left and right. Janine and Debra are the worst staff this company has to offer, not to mention Bretta who does absolutely nothing in the maintenance department. It's literally sad how uncooperative they are, and horrific that they have access to people's personal information that they tend to LOSE. They are literally jokes, scammers, thieves, and the worst management company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with . They should actually be shut down, and when I get the chance you bet I'm reporting them to the real estate commission. And if I don't get these idiots to call me back or email me back about MY MONEY they owe me, it's court ‍ don't waste your time with this company, I should've listened to the people who told me the same and now I'm regretting it immensely. Find a place elsewhere that isn't "managed" by these fools. You'll be happy in the long run that you did.

    DO NOT rent with these people, they are horrible and you have to literally harass them to get any type of maintenance done.

    I would give this company less than one star if I could…read more Our experience renting from them was extremely frustrating. When we moved in, the house was already dirty and had multiple damages that we documented and reported during the move-in process. Despite this, when we moved out they kept our security deposit and claimed we were responsible for those same pre-existing damages. Their reasoning was that because we did not specifically request that the issues be repaired, we became liable for them. This makes the entire move-in inspection process pointless, even though it is required in their own contract to document existing problems. Maintenance was also a major issue. Our refrigerator was not working properly from the beginning, and we were told appliances were "not their responsibility." When it finally stopped working completely, they refused to fix it promptly and we had to live out of coolers for almost two weeks. Communication was another ongoing problem. Emails and messages often went unanswered, and it was extremely difficult to get clear responses about repairs or concerns. Overall, this company was very slow to address maintenance issues, poor at communication, and ultimately kept our deposit for damages that were present before we moved in. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from them to document everything very carefully and think twice before signing a lease.

Rentwell did nothing to rectify this other than accuse me of hooking up my washer. Which the contractors told her.But why on earth would they lie? Now it's November and my furnace isn't working No number to call. Just a message service. Its been almost 3 hours and still no word.

    We have had such a great experience with Aishel realty. Their Lawrenceville apartments are well…read moremaintained, clean, safe, and affordable. We really lucked out finding a 2 bedroom apartment in our building. We have lived here for 3 years now and love the parking, central air, laundry, gym, and secure front door. Any time we have an issue (usually our heater or air conditioner not kicking on), the maintenance person Rick fixes it immediately. Rick is the best!! He is so nice and patient, and really cares about the tenants. All of the maintenance guys are friendly and always say hi when passing by. Our refrigerator broke last year, and they ordered a new one and installed it just a few days later. I love that the management is responsive if you have an issue. Some apartments will never get back to you, but we have never had that problem here. We originally rented our apartment from Jeff, but the new manager is Nina. She is great too. The staircases and laundry room are cleaned every week, and there are nice flowers and potted plants out front in the Summer. I have no complaints about these apartments! It's also easy to pay rent on their online portal.

    Whatever you do, don't rent from Aishel. We rented from them for 5+ years. After multiple emails and a phone call, the issue was finally resolved but there was no apology or admittance of fault.

    The first time our lease was sent to us, it had multiple typos and the cost for water had two…read moredifferent values in different parts of the document. When we moved in, the apartment was very dirty and still had some furniture in it (chairs and a bed frame) as well as multiple bags of trash on the porch. We had to vacuum four times before we finally got all the cat hair out of our apartment that doesn't allow pets. Pipes had to be replaced that ran through our bedroom wall, so naturally they came, tore the wall to shreds, replaced the pipes, then left the wall completely open. It only got fixed after multiple emails begging for someone to fix it, and several weeks later, that wall still hasn't been painted to match the rest of the room. Maintenance workers have on multiple occasions showed up unannounced to do work. Just recently I came home to my toilet completely taken apart with no knowledge of what happened or if it could even be used. When I called the company they said they weren't sure what happened. Our fridge light doesn't work, our screen door is off the track, our bathroom had a moldy ceiling when we moved in, and we still have an unpainted bedroom wall. All of this and we've only lived here for three months so far.
