The rest go to a dead unreviewed voicemail. Zero accountability. There is no one in charge of the office, and they will change the "property manager" at will so there is even more confusion. Think, "a moving target is harder to hit" philosophy. Additionally, they will attempt to have you perform the functions of office staff (without compensation of course). for example, a new computerized application process went online and we were unfortunate to be the first to use it. There were so many problems with it, likely because no one had tested it before making it active, that they asked us to make a list of problems with it so they could work on it. we politely declined and had to use a paper application. Also, they will attempt to have you be their maintenance tracking coordinator by downloading apps or interacting with websites to enter work order tracking information for them (also uncompensated office staff work). We had a house fire and were forced to rent while our home was repaired. After having to deal with this property mangement company, we gained some empathy for people who are not in any other financial position other than having to rent and are forced to deal with these types of awful companys. If you have to rent, try to use another company.

I also put in a service request to have my bathroom heater fixed. The guys showed up, said it need a new part, and never returned, which left me with ice cold showers. I even got everything out in a timely manner, and spent a whole day patching in nail holes, and making sure the apartment was the same way it was when I moved in (very clean) all told, these people are crooks, and will likely continue taking money off of me long after my old apartment is occupied again

Ed Mclaughlin is a criminal and I don't know how he manages to still have a business. My wife and I purchased a home in November 2023, with the understanding ,which was agreed to and signed on the contract that an electrical issue with the house we were buying was to be fixed by a licensed electrician. A month after closing when I had a contractor in to remodel, we came to find out the problem was not fixed just hidden and actually deemed more unsafe then was before. Also, come to find out that the so called electrician he uses is a "handyman" that is not licensed or insured. Live wires were left dangling hidden under drop ceiling where my three small children sleep. I then reached out to this so called real estate agent and of course he states its our problem now nothing more he can do and I'm left with a massive invoice for an electrician to make my house safe for my three small children. I would be very cautious when buying or renting houses with this companies name attached to it. They perform work on their properties that is not up to standard codes or even done by licensed professionals, just to be able to make a sale or rent the property. Take my advice, if your looking at a property they have think twice, I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.

After living in the house for nearly a year, I can attest to the very high level of quality and craftsmanship that he put into this home. The home inspector even commented to me prior to purchasing that he's seen a lot of renovated homes, and this one was clearly done right. He used high end finishes like Brazilian Cherry floors, granite kitchen counters, and marble in the master bathroom. He also took the time to have the brick cleaned on the outside of the house, exposed and restored original woodwork, vaulted the 3rd floor to create even more livable space. Everywhere you look, you can see that time and thought was put into the final product. It's been so nice having friends and family comment on the beauty and quality of the renovation too! Aside from the quality craftsmanship, Pittsburgh Property Guy himself provided top notch customer service to me when I had questions or minor issues that I encountered. He worked with me directly via phone and email, and was always very quick to respond. Leah recommended the 4 bedroom side to us and even went out of her way to show that side of the house to 2 of the girls since I was really busy with a final for a class. Leah has been nothing but kind and respectful. She wasn't up our butts about paying for the deposit and she was really understanding when we had an issue with finding people.
