However on the second go around, I had not heard anything for 2 weeks after contacting them. I sent an email asking if they had any idea when they would be able to make it and was told about a week out. Ok, I was good with that. I understand that in the spring and early summer that are going to be busy. 2 weeks ...still nothing. I sent an email stating I would try to find someone else to do the work. No reply. Everyone I've talked to recommended Gamache and said what a good job they did. Did I just fall through the cracks? Update: So...after 6 weeks and writing the review above, I was finally contacted about doing my repairs. They were able to get out the same day and the repairs were completed. Was contacted afterwards to see if the repairs were satisfactory. Replied that the were and was very happy with them. Was then asked to take down my original review! Really??? Stated that I would update. Couple of days later I received a call asking if I had received the statement. Huh? Yeah, I got it and it's in the mail.
