Day one...they showed up at 10:30 am and left at 12:30 for lunch. They came back at 1:45 She blamed me for living outside of town...it takes 6 minutes to get to town. I did question their lack of supplies and equipment for a deep clean. No answer. They used our vacuum. We returned hime at 4 and we weren't sure what they had done. The carpets had been cleaned prior to them coming so that didn't need to be done. Only the bedrooms had carpeting. The house didn't look clean, didn't smell like it had been cleaned, and there was so much left to do! I suggested they eat bkfst before coming the next day. i wasn't paying for over an hour lunch. The next day was more of the same...not much got done that I could see. One woman sat on the edge of the tub and cleaned one blind at a time...it took her 30 minutes to do one window. I was clearly disappointed. She asked for more money as our house was bigger than what she thought. I honestly don't know what they did. I finally just asked them to go at 4 pm. 800.00 ...for what? We were so exhausted from our move...I couldn't imagine cleaning this house. I was still cleaning when our furniture showed up from out of state. I wouldn't hire these people (there were 3) and the owner was one of them. If I hadn't been so tired, I probably would have fired them after the first day and taken them to small claims court. Get a signed, detailed contract! I wouldn't hire them to sweep my front porch. ( I should have written this 10 months ago).

We were very happy with the initial inspection, fast response, communication and service throughout the process. Way better than the last company we used (several years ago). These guys were respectful (covering our appliances so no dust or debris damage occurred), took care to be sure the job was well done and they were able to save areas we thought were lost. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to be sure no area was missed, tenting so no dust spread in the house. They also set up a filter since we have allergies which was fantastic. We would 10/10 use them again. Note: They work well with USAA insurance.

We had hired him to paint almost the full interior and exterior of our home but only got to doors, base molding, wainscoting, kitchen cabinets, and 1 bedroom. All of which have drips galore and missed spots. Zero prep on the cabinets, literally just sprayed over nails sticking out. He would say "I'm not sure what's going on with the paint because it keeps dripping but I'll go back and sand it off" or he would say "the drips were there before". He would ask me to go around with tape to mark anything that needed attention. The final straw was painting a bedroom. He painted the ceiling the wall color mistakenly. The walls were super stripey and soooo poorly painted. I mentioned this to him and he said "I don't know what's going on with the paint, I put two coats on. Would it be possible if I purchased higher quality paint?". We had given him a $3k deposit which he felt he had earned that week and decided not to refund us any of it (not even the portion for the exterior). We asked him to come pick up his supplies and leave all paint for us the next day. He said he could be at our house at 9am so we planned to meet him at that time. Instead he texts us at 7:30am saying he was there grabbing his supplies. My husband drove over to get the key back and discovered he brought "help", apparently another employee who was quite defensive about their (mostly the owner Felix's) work. It felt wildly unprofessional. But anyways, I'm all for giving credit where credit is due so you can be the judge, all I can say is hire wall to wall at your own risk.

I paid him in advance which was a big mistake. I don't understand why he has done this and hurt his business because he did a good job on my exterior. Don't give him money you may never see him again. I've begged him since Oct to bring my doors back and he just won't respond. His handyman told me he never got paid and Manny acted like it was because I hadn't paid him. So add lier to the list of reasons to beware. I've spent approx 25,000 on this bathroom remodel and cabinets have no doors!

I called last fall and was told they would look in the spring. I have called asking for this issue to be resolved. Daniel came out and looked at it one day and said he would order parts, next call said he was waiting for the correct color. This has been over several months and I have not heard back that they had received the parts needed to correct the issue.
