I was able to track their truck so knew exactly when they would be here. The service technician was pleasant and did the whole job in less than an hour with a reasonable charge. Rarely does any contractor get back within a day and when they do are almost never willing to do a small job. And if they do, they overcharge and complain it was not worth their time. None of that occurred here. One of the top companies I have ever worked with.

I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal.
