We had an unexpected, critical and life threatening electrical emergency that demanded immediate service. We called Atlantic Electric and they corrected all issues relating to them, however any damage and electrical threats to the home were our responsibility that had to be fixed immediately, by electricians. There could be no delay in that necessary repair work. Lyons Electrical/ Your Home Solutions was one of three companies provided to us by Atlantic Electric. Arthur's was the only company that responded and sent an electrician that same afternoon, to assess the situation. He guided us through the entire process, including necessary repair and time frame and sent an estimate to us and our insurance company. He communicated with Atlantic Electric to ensure their repairs were completed enabling Lyons to make their repairs. Art, at Lyons Electrical provided a level of comfort and confidence, by giving us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call any time of day or night, which we did. We cannot recommend this company enough, for peace of mind, level of quality and service and follow through, from start to finish. When you have an electrical emergency or any kind of electrical work that needs to be done, you need to have complete trust, in the company you pick. That was so kind of you to walk me through how to reach an emergency representative at PECO. You were very patient with me and explained the 2 legs of power coming into my home. The technician arrived by 8:30 am, and the problem was resolved in less than an hour. I told the technician that you suggested I reach out to PECO. I have been experiencing electrical issues in the home I am renting so I called Lyons. They responded immediately and came out the next day to do an assessment. Unfortunately my landlord chose to use his own people who came out and did not do the job properly. I have reached out to Lyons several times over the last few weeks for advice and they were amazing.
