Also they were suppose to call before showing up. Did not happen they just showed up unannounced. They left a mess in my basement where I stepped on a piece of metal and got it stuck in my foot. They removed a piece of duct work that was feeding my upstairs bathroom without verifying it was needed. They told me they would provide a case of filters for the price and showed up with only one. If this is how this company treats valuable loyalty and their disabled veterans that have been paying their bills for years then I am gonna cancel my membership and take my business to their competitors. Was supposed to do a minor repair to the exhaust pipes coming out of my roof. Supposed to replace…read morethe gaskets. They butchered the job with a cut up gasket on the main A/C vent. Roof continued to leak. Gave him over 30 days to return to fix. Wouldn't come back. Said "too busy, have someone else look at it". I did that with a different roofing company. The original repair was done bad. Wrong size gasket with razor blade cuts. Wasn't the right size and did cover the correct areas. Requested a refund of my $200 and was told "NO". The owner Tim is not reasonable and said it was an as-is job which continued to leak after his repair. Leaked with 30 days of 1st and 2nd picture was his repair. 3rd picture is corrected repair.
