Roof continued to leak. Gave him over 30 days to return to fix. Wouldn't come back. Said "too busy, have someone else look at it". I did that with a different roofing company. The original repair was done bad. Wrong size gasket with razor blade cuts. Wasn't the right size and did cover the correct areas. Requested a refund of my $200 and was told "NO". The owner Tim is not reasonable and said it was an as-is job which continued to leak after his repair. Leaked with 30 days of 1st and 2nd picture was his repair. 3rd picture is corrected repair. They wanted $150 just to put in a panel directory, and charged me $800 for relatively minor electrical work. I didn't know any better, and was just desperate to get the certification at the time, but even the inspector suggested I was ripped off at that rate. ..reply to buisness response: I asked for a breakdown of the cost at the time of the estimate, after finding out you guys wanted $150 for the directory, just to find out if there was something else I could take out to DIY and save money. Your employee told me they don't have that, and it's just a general amount for the work in total. If I knew you were charging $255 just to change a 20watt breaker to a 15w, I definitely would have done that myself. Not sure why only after a bad review I'm getting this breakdown, when I asked for it before. N
