Ken came out this morning, stood in front of the tv looking at the blinking Vizio logo and said it was most likely the main board. He said it wasn't worth fixing. This cost me 53.45. He could have told me that it wasn't worth fixing over the phone. A blinking logo light is a blinking logo light. I feel that Ken wasn't honest with me. I will not use him in the future.

Didn't try to gouge me into paying more money for repairs on a theatre system that was on its last leg. He also was very knowledgeable about TV brand comparison s since I was thinking about purchasing a new 65" Smart TV in 2018.
