There is a 20amp breaker in the box. This year the breaker tripped and there was an electrical burning smell. About 10 outlets stopped working. Everything was running on extension cords. I called Corey and told him what happened. He said to text him the next morning and he will come out and fix the problem. I called/texted over 12 times for 21/2 weeks with not one response! We had another electrician come to fix the problem. When he figured out which outlet it was he took the box out to find it burnt in several spots, the wires were burnt as well as the caps etc. Also the box was held in place with 2 inch screws which the electrician said was not safe. Corey's son did the work on this job. His work is subpar, dangerous and reckless! The electrician said we were very lucky that there was not a fire. Now I am wondering what the other outlets look like. I sent Corey the pictures I have below and told him what was going on and crickets! This is no way to run a business. Most of our outlets are in crooked and the outlet on the island stopped working and also had to be repaired.

It was him and his nephew that came out. Nice and respectful of property. Gave us some advice and recommendations that we can do on our own to help decrease the need to pay him to do stuff (most likely we will still use him because we're so incompetent with anything electrical, but definitely appreciate his advice!) During this free estimation, he fixed a lighting problem we had in our kitchen for free which happen to be a quick wiring problem that was disconnected and he fixed it right away no charge! Estimates are good for a year in case you want other estimates done. He came back the following week including himself, his son and nephew to fix our crawl space issues that had a bunch of exposed wiring that was left in shambles from the house flippers. They also fixed something funky on the roof that was letting water leak through the electrical box or something like that on the roof (i actually don't really know haha)! Overall, we thought the pricing was good and they got their work done pretty fast! They were friendly and we love supporting local business. Bonus, they even played with our dog Chewy while taking a break and let him follow them around :-) Will be using them for future needs!
