Carols was the only one that wanted to do it in person so he could be as detailed and precise with the quote. Gave me a quote Monday and started work on Tuesday. The timeline quoted was about 95% accurate which is unheard of. Any unforeseen issues or concerns were handled right away. The most stress about this entire project was finding the right company. I will definitely use Spectrum for everything moving forward. I originally tried to get quotes from numerous companies. Some were more expensive, others were non responsive, some came over and never followed up with quotes.
