The views are amazing so if that's what you are going for, great! The service was good and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The food is where the restaurant lacks. We ordered a salad and it was dry and the chicken was overcooked. The server was nice enough to split it for us so we could share, but it was very dry. Did I mention it was dry? It would've been nice to have more, or any, dressing to help it go down. Now on to dessert. The reason we came was for the saguaro cactus dessert. It's a very cute presentation, but the flavors just aren't that special. Don't make the trip for the dessert.

We came for happy hour drinks and some food before our departing flight. The food was all raved about by our other guests that had all been here before. They raved about the appetizers and burgers. I had the burger which was possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had - juicy, well seasoned, perfectly toasted bread, good sauces that didnt overwhelm. The staff was great. Our party knew the head chef and he was so friendly and kind when he came to visit our table. The waiter also helped us pick a lovely dessert for my husband's birthday - it was a chocolate mousse dessert shaped as a cactus desert landscape with all elements edible. Absolute perfection! And all flavored like smore's. The restaurant is large but cozy and the perfect casual dining spot located on the property. Would definitely return for the food and friendly staff!

Here's the ugly truth: the food was excellent -- my avocado toast was flawless -- but excellence stops mattering when the service makes you feel like a trespasser in the hotel you're actually paying to stay in. We walked in casually dressed (because, hello, it's breakfast, not a gala), and before we could sit down, we were asked to prove we belonged by showing our room keys. That's not hospitality, that's humiliation. And then, with a dining room barely 10-15% full at 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday, we weren't seated in the elegant space that sells the Four Seasons dream -- we were dumped in the service area like second-class citizens. This isn't "luxury." This is a bait-and-switch where your money is good enough, but you aren't. On the very Sunday of Charlie Kirk's funeral, a day already carrying grief, we were treated with suspicion and disregard. Four Seasons likes to brand itself as a sanctuary of dignity, but dignity doesn't come with a side of shame. Asking paying guests to prove they belong is the opposite of luxury -- it's profiling with table service. A restaurant at 15% capacity doesn't seat you in Siberia unless they want you to feel small. If this is hospitality, then I'm the Queen of Egypt. You don't pay Four Seasons prices to be treated like you're crashing breakfast at a Holiday Inn. Food won't save an experience when respect is stripped at the door. We belong here, we paid to be here, and this hotel forgot that. Two Stars (and only because the avocado toast had more class than the service).

This was my first experience at Proof- we came for a little lunch with the kiddos. I'm a nanny and I accompanied the family I work with. It was a pleasant experience for the most part- the ambiance is lovely and it's beautifully decorated. The restaurant was very rustic in theme and we were seated on the patio to admire the views! Our littles enjoyed the appetizers of guacamole & chips... We had salads and soups- they were freshly prepared and quite good. The soup I had- pumpkin squash was a disappointment...not much flavor. Our service was attentive and very friendly. I just figured for a Four Seasons- I would have been more impressed. It was marginal for the price- I'm willing to try it again- because it was lovely!

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful and peaceful. Customer service was okay, though a bit slow.

mid vegan burger. Does do well in a pinch when you've been in Texas for the past five days and the term "meat substitute" doesn't exist. Had breakfast here the next day. Cold brew coffee was absolutely delicious. Again the food was good but could've been better.

The best half chicken I've ever had. The carrot purée was perfection and the chile sauce topped it off. I would come back just for this dish.

Very much enjoyed our evening at Proof: lovely space, both inside and out, with terrific views, and solid, friendly service. Highly recommend starting as our table of 3 did, with: - Proof Knots (house made pretzel, spicy cheese sauce)--that sauce is addictive! - Chips Guacamole & Salsa (blue corn tortilla chips, charred molcajete salsa, jalapeno & cilantro guacamole)--salsa was smoky and spicy and the guac was creamy and delicious! - Queso Fundido (oaxaca cheese, pepperjack, cotija cheese, apple jalapeno jam, blue corn tortilla chips)--what's better than melty cheese? - Nico's Tuna Tostada (mango leche de tigre, tuna, sesame togarashi vinaigrette, quinoa pop, fresno peppers, baby tomato)--fresh and oh-so-flavorful...could have had a few more plates of this! We then shared the Smoker Trio (smoked pulled pork, sherry maple glazed pork belly, apple gouda sausage), which was good, but didn't have the pizzazz of the starters. If I'd known about the desserts on offer, I would've saved more room--specifically the s'mores sundae with marshmallow ice cream...if only I didn't live so far away!

VEGAN REVIEW Had breakfast, lunch & dinner here during my 3 night stay. A few options each meal. Breakfast: Avocado toast was good but small (compared to my omni dining companion's meal) & oatmeal was fine, nothing special. Tasty espresso drinks with multiple non dairy milk options Lunch: Grains & greens goddess was a solid option. Chopped salad (omit cheese)... tasty but not chopped Dinner: Taco Tuesday the chef made adjustments to the veggie tacos so they would be vegan. Side of rice & beans were yum. Really good guac & housemade chips Great cocktails. Attentive service. Great ambiance. Misters outside kept us comfy even in 100°+ Go for sunset!

Hi... do they have breakfast buffet on Saturdays?

Yes! The breakfast buffet is available Saturday and Sunday 7 - 11:30 am. And it's fantastic!

    Are they pet friendly?

I don't believe they are. Just allow service dogs.

Do they have a brunch buffet on Sundays?

They do have a brunch on Sunday's, both a buffet and menu to order off of. They do walk in basis and you seem to get faster service and questions answered if you call their direct number rather than calling the main desk st the Four Seasons.

For apps we got the lamb fondue which was super tender and unique. Dipping meet in cheese? Literally nothing better. Then we also got the green chili pork stew which is a MUST try! Not too spicy and full of flavor. Also, great for sharing as you fill it in the buttery tortillas. The filet was seriously one of the best I've ever had in Arizona. It has a nice shallot butter crust and it was cooked PERFECTLY medium rare. This was a highlight. The pork chop is huge and has a nice sweetness to it. The meat wasn't dry either...it pretty much tasted like the best bacon I've ever had LOL Everyone must get the green chili Mac n cheese. Not spicy at all just Smokey and tangy and full of cheese but shockingly not that heavy. The pecan pie was unreal. Gooey and sweet but the crust was still super flakey. The brownie skillet was soft in the middle which is how it always should be. Their known for their frozen huckleberry margarita which is a treat in its own but it's not too icey they definitely don't skip out on the tequila. Rachel was our server. She's been there for awhile so you know that they treat their staff well. She was super knowledgeable and honest about certain menu items. I also spoke with the manager, Matt, who was very welcoming and seemed very proud of his restaurant (as he should be). Overall highly reccomend it here. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be returning!

The host told us that there was open seating along the wall or under cover outside. Since the wall was full, we ventured outside near the cooler. We were given water right away but didn't even see a server, Jessica, for 12 mins. We even had to ask her for menus. It was a very awkward start. My wife ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and a Caesar salad, plus wine while I got the 22 ounce Ribeye and a side of Poblano and PepperJack Grits, plus an iced tea. It all came to $137.11 plus tip. Our salad arrived in 8 minutes and our dinner 10 mins later. The salad was outstanding. Plenty of romaine, dressed with the right amount of dressing, 3-4 croutons and a mound of shaved Parmesan cheese. The salmon was really good, served with sautéed green beans and soy butter. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned well and the grits were incredible. They were creamy, with pronounced poblano and Jack cheese. It was the perfect accompaniment. Jessica did a great job checking in on us during our meal but, again, it was awkward waiting 15 mins for her to offer dessert and check. We will return but perhaps not during happy hour, when it's very busy but the evening staff hasn't arrived yet.

You can tell right away this is the kind of place regulars come back to often. Food I didn't try much food, but I did have the cheese crisp and it was solid. Light, flaky, and more like an open-faced tostada than a quesadilla. It came topped with green chili and chicken, and everything worked well together. Based on that, I'd expect the rest of the menu to be consistent, even if it's not trying to reinvent the wheel. Service Service was efficient, especially considering how busy it was. No complaints here... you can tell the staff knows how to handle a full house and keep things moving. Ambience This is where the place stands out. The vibe feels like a food network designed a biker bar, but in a fun, not over-the-top way. It's also apparently a Kansas City Chiefs bar, which adds to the identity. There was a live band playing early 2000s rock hits, which kept the energy up. Crowd was friendly overall, very much a neighborhood crowd. Overall This isn't a destination bar, but it's a really solid go-to if you live nearby. Think of it as an elevated dive/sports bar with a strong local following. Good drinks, good energy, and a place that does what it's supposed to do well.

Entered the premises and were greeted by a very gregarious staff that made our stay here extra pleasant. The place is huge, with a large outside covered area. Booths are on the inside. The menu is gigantic with every conceivable breakfast selection. Having grown up in the NY Metro area, I went straight to the bagel cream cheese and lox which came open faced with the works and in a must appetizing presentation. Must be said that the Bialys in their name is from the historic recipe that the Ashkenazi people works cook their bagels in the city of Byalistock, Poland, before the Holocaust. The bagel isn't boiled and therefore has a much chewy consistency and is also delicious. One of the best breakfasts ever.

We're visiting from Tucson so we don't get to this area that much.First of all, Tiffany delivered awesome service! She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, got our coffees and menus quickly, checked on us periodically, gave great menu guidance, and had a really friendly personality. She should be a bartender if she hasn't been one before. She's easy to talk to and made the dining experience that much better. I had the open faced lox on sesame bagel and it was excellent - and QUARTERED! They're not messing around with open faced here, not two halves but four easy to maneuver quarters! The lox itself was perfect - not too salty, no black spots, fresh and smooth. Freshly sliced cucumber, red onion, capers, and the bagel itself was excellent! Usually it's all about the top and the toppings but the bottom was better than most bagels I've had outside New York. Nice and crispy bottom but the inside was soft and JUST a little chewy (as I believe it should be). I liked the breakfast potatoes, they were nicely seasoned and crispy but again soft on the inside. The potato salad was pretty good too - nice consistency and good flavor, maybe could be a little more heavily seasoned but that's really nit picky because it's hard enough to get the texture right. Coffee was very good, even the decaf. But the to-go cups? I'm in love with the lid. It fit securely but the little flap is the best flap I've ever seen on a coffee cup, easy to open and close, and when opened, clicks nicely into the top of the lid - no hanging over interrupting the flow of coffee like some lesser lids.We got the cream cheese to go because it was very good! Also got whitefish salad to go and we just had it for breakfast the next day and it was EXCELLENT! I'm very particular about whitefish salad - which is not easy to come by in AZ, let alone Tucson (yes we have a bagel place that offers it but it's not nearly as good as NYB&B's version), so knowing we can pick it up fresh in Scottsdale is really comforting. Not too fishy, finely diced (I am not a fan of large chunky style whitefish salad), easily spread, just great! AND to top off the to-go portion, rugelach to go!!! They were really good as well (I got apricot, raspberry and chocolate). Even the location is great. It was an easy 5 minute drive from our hotel, I'm not sure of the name of the plaza (Greyhawk?) but parking was easy and it was a nice little strip, across from Starbucks and other businesses. Looking forward to the next visit!
