I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I paid for exterior/interior and was told 1 hour with one small car ahead of me. came back two hours later and they were working on a jeep that they allowed to jump the line while my car had t been touched. They closed at 6pm and they didn't get started on my car until after 6pm. It was a rushed job and my car somehow looked worse off after they were done than before. Looked like they wiped down my white interior with a dirty rag I had brown streaks on my seats and all inside car. My front bumper still had layers of dirt and bugs they didn't even make any attempt with my bumper. This can be said about the rest of my car. Absolutely unacceptable especially because they had my car there for almost 3 hours. I had to go home and wash my car myself after paying $60. read more

What a great way to get your car cleaned. Drop it off in the parking garage while you go and shop. When they are done they text you and you pick it up when you're done! Zero hassle! I work on a nursery... so I am driving in dirt and mud daily... then the dust gets inside so badly it's like living in dirt. I drive back and forth to work an hour each way. I also have to small boys who are ... well they are boys! My car had gotten so bad my wife just about refused to get in it anymore! Yeah... it was that bad. Not any more! ProntoWash fixed that! I pulled up dropped it off and 4 guys went to work! Less then an hour later I got my text... car is done... and man it is worlds better! Great job! And thanks! read more

I got an interior/exterior wash at the Domain. The outside of my car looks great, but the inside was kind of half-assed. The center console was untouched and still dirty, as well as the side cup holders. For $65 + tip I expected a thorough service. read more

I don't know what happened to this place, but they used to be a lot better. The first couple of times I came here, my car was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. However, today was the opposite. I dropped off my car around 4:45pm and received a text at 5:27pm saying it was ready. When I picked it up, it was very close to 6pm, so they were getting ready to close up. I took a quick look inside the passenger seat area, but since it was dark inside the parking garage, I didn't get a good look. I asked the guy if they cleaned the trunk too, since I knew it needed some work and he said yes. Overall, it seemed to be clean. However, when I drove my car out of the garage, I could tell that the job was rushed and that there was very little attention to detail. You can see streaks where they quickly wiped down the console. I just opened up the trunk and it is 100% clear that they did not even touch the trunk. It was literally in the same state as when I brought it in. I had even given them a generous tip and now I really regret it since it was such a poor job and I could have taken my money somewhere else. I'd recommend finding a different spot to get your car cleaned. Even with the convenience factor of being able to leave it while you go shop or eat, it isn't worth spending your money here. read more

I wish there is negative stars I can do. They not only did a half ass job. Multiple places on my car had weird stain and obvious scratches. After I paid and I ask them to take care it. They just say I don't know I don't know I don't know. I this is my second time with them. The first time they left water inside and all windows are dirty. I paid the interior and exterior for $132 plus tax. It's ridiculous and I'm seeking for ppl who had the same issue speak up and I would like to take legal action against them. I took My car in for the Ultimate wash, the guy said it's going to take an hour to finish, it ended up taking 3 hours but it wasn't a big deal. They guy did an okay job with the exterior wax but there were still a lot of dirt marks that weren't taken care off. The interior was done very poorly, there was still dust everywhere, my mats where very dirty as well. The customer service was very bad!! read more

It's ironic that this place calls itself "ProntoWash" when it took nearly two hours for them to get my car all squeaky clean... maybe they should try "SqueakyClean"? I'm honestly not exaggerating when I tell you that my car probably looks cleaner than when I bought it... it's amazingly clean. And for that, I'm not upset that it took them as long as it did for them to clean it. However, it might have been nice had they communicated to me that this was the expected time, as I was there on my lunch break. Thankfully, I don't clock in/out at work... so I was good to go... and in a clean car, no less! The facility itself is in the parking garage - so no use looking for a store-front. You pull yourself into a little spot, tell them what kind of package you want (~$10 more for an SUV), and hit the Domain. When I got back, I couldn't believe how clean my car was. Every single nook and cranny was cleaned up... I checked them too! I'm a bit of a neat-freak, but I left this round between washes go a little too long - they made me forget all about it. Worth the cost/time? That is for you to decide... I don't think that this is the first place I will go for every single wash, but when I want the job done extremely well, then this is the place that I will go. They even lifted the cover in the hatch that I use for my dog and vacuumed underneath it. Very good stuff. read more

I've literally been here 100 times before and it was always awesome (every week for 2 years that I lived in the Domain). I moved 15 minutes away and finally came back after a year. All new staff. The car was in 94% condition when I brought it in (very slightly dirty). It was 94.1% when I got it back. They did absolutely nothing. When I pointed it out, it was like a speed wiping contest where the guy just kind of flung a rag around for a moment and then looked to me for approval. I basically paid $25 for an hour of parking. I am going to do a chargeback out of principle and will never ever ever ever come back again. In fact, I might even stand in front of them and make sure nobody else wastes their time and money as a public service. read more

This is a FAIR WARNING TO EVERYONE. I had left my wallet in the car , well hidden from view, tucked far down between the seat. I walked away and realized this and returned to the car asap....not even 10 minutes later and the wallet was gone. The employee who took my keys and phone number was not there when I returned. He had left , not to return for another 20 minutes. His co-workers said he had vacuumed the front and then left. The wallet was very much there when I left the car and was very much missing when I returned to get it. When I asked about it upon his return he pointed to the sign saying, he wasn't responsible for any valuables. And it wasn't his fault if my wallet was gone. This same guy, who claimed to be the MOD had also informed me , upon arrival,that he would be needing cash as their credit card swiper was broken. I called Security and the Police. And the owner. Reports were filed. One policeman even laughed and said, "you have to be crazy" to leave your car and keys with anyone....period. This guy even had a long rap sheet. The owner was on the defense of this employee saying, and since there were "no witnesses" to this , he had nothing to offer. He had also said it was their policy to record all contents of the car. There was no record of anything listed on my invoice copy even though the back was full of items ( not so valuable I guess). So I am offering this to everyone out there. Don't leave your car with these guys. Yes, I am responsible for leaving my wallet . It is a terrible mistake as it has tremendous sentimental value. Even though I returned promptly to retrieve this , it was 10 minutes too late. I have left valuables in my car with Valets, with other detailers, and car wash companies, and they have remained in the car. I believe if this had been a reputable company with well trained employees from a decent owner, this would not have happened. read more

This is the 2nd time I've taken my car in to these guys/gals. I bought their mid-range package (interior/exterior) for $36 Before: my car was messy and smelled like wet garbage. Trunk was all cluttered. After: Car = squeaky clean, smelled great, trunk completely organized. Here's what I love about them: - They remembered me. - They have immaculate attention to detail. - When I came back to pick up my car, the sunlight had faded from the garage. Even though in the dim light, my car looked beautiful, one of the guys (main guy, don't remember his name) asked if he could take the car to the top floor (outside portion of the garage where it was bright) to make sure all details were cleaned. WHO DOES THIS!? Every other car wash I have ever been to has just handed me the keys when I say the car looks nice. They went the extra mile. When he took my car to the top floor, I went to my apt, stepped onto my balcony and saw him further detailing the car. - The valuables I had accidentally left in the car were all organized and put into a bag. While I love washing my car myself, I have definitely found my own replacement when I have no time to do the self-service washes. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. read more

ProntoWash is a car wash service in the parking garage of The Domain. They'll wash your car by hand while you shop and have it ready to go when you return. The cost varies based on the size of your vehicle. I think it starts around $29. I paid about $36 for my Subaru Forester. The employees are very nice. My Subie was pretty filthy inside and out when I dropped it off. When I picked it up it looked clean and shiny. One of the guys asked if I had a lot of dogs. I guess he'd noticed that there was A LOT of dog slime on the windows! The windows looked great and we had a nice conversation about adopting rescued dogs. Once I got out of the parking garage, it became clear that my car hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as I would like/expect. They didn't wipe off the sides and underside of the steering wheel so the remaining dust/doghair was revealed as soon as I made my first turn. Not a huge deal but I would have appreciated a more detailed wash. When I parked at home, I noticed there were still patches of black sludge between two of the spokes/holes of the wheel. These patches weren't visible from a standing position when I picked up my car but once my car was parked and the wheels were in a different position, the sludge was visible. Disappointing. It's definitely a splurge for me to spend that much on having my car washed. For that price, I shouldn't have to get on the ground to make sure the wheels have been thoroughly cleaned when I pick up the car. I think 2.5 stars would be most appropriate but I believe in rounding up so I'll give them 3 stars. read more

I paid just over $40 for a wash, wax and super clean insides for my old Honda from these guys. Totally worth it. I got it just before my in-laws visit and then my mother and sister come into town. My goal I told them was to make me look better than my super smart sister. She may be super smart, but her car is nasty and stinky! So I think I've won. I appreciated that I was asked if I wanted one of those stinky air fresheners in my car. I don't want any fake stink! If I wanted stink, I'd let my sister borrow my car. read more

I am a new Austin resident and have been looking for a place to get my car washed. I came across Pronto Wash on a Google Offer and thought it would be a good idea. The first time I arrived, there were two cars in the bay, one was complete, the other being worked on by two attendants. This was 2 hours(!!) before they were supposed to close and I was told that the car they were working on was the last of the day. The next time I came 3 hours before closing time, again, only two cars in the bay, one complete the other being worked on. This time, the lone attendant, very politely told me he wouldn't be able to get to me today. After making two 20 minute drives to try out a new car wash, I've asked for my money back. If you 1) can't wash a car in three hours and 2) can't staff yourselves accordingly, I want no part in it. Stay away- this place sucks. read more

I love Pronto Wash. I have always been a "self washer " - not wanting to spend the extra to have it done for me, but one day my car was super dirty and had to be clean for a special event so I caved. They got my high use, dog friendly car detail clean. I've gone 4 times since they've opened and to me it is totally worth it. Outside only is in the high teens - a little pricey, BUT I always get the inside and out for $29. Most places charge a lot more to get the inside of a car so clean. The owner is very nice as are the staff. They are fast and efficient. Also, they also often run specials on Mondays for 10 - 25% off. read more

Had my car washed there on a Saturday evening. The service was friendly and polite, but the wash was just ok. I had the $36 interior+exterior package. The parts that they cleaned were really clean, but there were obvious oversights, like the fact that they didn't pop the trunk to clean the parts of the car that collect dust and dirt underneath it. My rear-view mirrors were not totally wiped down, either. Would probably not go back. Going to try find a better wash for a better price. read more

I left a very critical review two hours ago which now appears to have been taken down. The service techs do not always show up for appointments and are late when they do - five out of five times whether at their location or mine. If you receive any notice at all it may not be until 45 minutes after your appointment time and it will be rife with obvious prevarication. They are expensive and unreliable. I booked two weeks ago because I needed a clean vehicle for tomorrow, not two days from now which is when they wanted to re-schedule discounted service. Generator problems - they use it only for their vacuum on their "In & Out" service so I offered them the use of a heavy duty outlet and extension cord - more preposterous excuses. I ended up driving my Lincoln 20 minutes to the Clean Machine near the Home Depot at I-75 & Bruce B Downs. They did a quick and thorough job for less than half the price. I WILL NEVER USE PRONTO-WASH AGAIN. read more

Horrible experience...I went to the location at the Domain at 435pm today, they say they are open until 5pm on Sundays and no appointment is needed, however I spoke to a girl named Kyle and she refused to take my car because they were booked, ????, and there was a lane opened. I asked for her supervisor and she said there wasn't one, his girl had an attitude. Based on the reviews I have read I'm not the only one complaining about this particular employee. I still wanted to give this place a try but after today experience I doubt ill ever use them to clean my car. I was considering getting their convenient package, its not happening now. read more

GREAT JOB. Just got our GTO done today and WOW. We were planning on selling it but hubby says it looks so good he can't bear to part with it. We just dropped off the car, gave them our cell, and then they sent us a text when the car was finished 2.5 hours later :) The car looked fabulous, every inch was cleaned and shiny and they managed to make the car look just as good as when we bought it :) We got the $122 inside and outside cleaning plus waxing plus treatment of the leather/suede interior of our car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable detailing. read more

First 7 or 8 times I took my vehicles here everything was fine, the last 2 times within the past 4 months, not so much. Dirty Windows, lint everywhere and not even a complete vacuum job. Fast, friendly, good prices, accommodating, and best of all you shop while you wait! Yesterday, I wanted a wash, vacuum, clean out cup holders/door cups/console, wipe down all interior, wipe down leather seats (not leather conditioning!) to remove paw prints from my fur baby, and to vacuum under the back seats that lift up in my SUV (also thanks to fur baby). They did it all, and my car looked beautiful for $47 plus tip. I can't say enough about how great this place is, and how far superior their work is to all of those other car washes in the area. Do not go here!! I repeat, do NOT go here! This is lengthy, but I am livid about my experience. Everything, even my initial phone call to this place was bad. I called at about 4:30 to see if they were even open since it's the day before thanksgiving. I needed the inside of my car vacuumed, that's literally it. The guy who answered the phone told me that yes they're open and that its a full service detailing place. Ok, so I asked "well how much does it cost to just vacuum the inside of my car?" He laughed at me over the phone, and said "well it's not like YOU can do it, WE do it." And explained that $21 gets me an interior detail, with Windows included. I said ok, and told him I'm on my way. He asked if i knew where they were located, and then described where to go in the garage. I was no more than 2 miles away when I made this phone call. I arrive and am confused about where to park my car.. do I pull into one of their spaces right away? Do I park in the garage and then go there first to prepay? What's the deal? I drove by and said "excuse me?" To the guy who was walking past my car no more than 5 feet away- he either ignored me or didn't hear me, so I went the the other guy there and asked if I just pull into a spot, or how does it work.. he tells me "were booked." Me: "that's not what the guy I spoke to 5 minutes ago said." He asked who I spoke to, I never got a name so I said I didn't know. He calls to the guy who initially ignored me and said "hey, this lady wants to speak to you." The ignorey guy comes over and tells me that they are closed because of the holiday. NOT true, there were other cars there, they are not closed. Then when I told him that I talked to someone over the phone (by the way, it was this guy who I spoke to, I recognized his voice) ... when I told him I was on the phone literally 5 min ago, the story changed and suddenly they're not closed, they're just "all booked up." He told me I had probably spoken to the owner, who just got dropped off by HIM at the airport. Lol.. ok. So I called the business phone number and got someone who was across town ????? or you're telling me that you made it back to the domain from the airport in rush hour traffic that quickly? Or really it was you who picked up the phone and told me you're open but now you're suddenly not. What a load of crap. Three dudes standing around doing NOTHING just didn't feel like getting my business because they're too "busy" and they're "closed." HELL NO. read more

Okay... I have my car detailed 4 times a year. This was by far the worst I have ever had. I just moved back to texas and needed a detail after 1500 miles with 3 dogs and a cat. It was the same price I paid in los angeles but the quality I would get for a $50 job there. I would expect little things like the rear bumper to get treated to make it look new and the center console to be cleaned but neither was done. Oh and you get to look to see "how good they did" in a very dark parking garage. When I saw my car in the sun the next day there were areas that the wax had not been buffed so there is still a film. If you need a detail get a mobile service (which is what i did before leaving texas 7 years ago) or a company that doesn't sit in a mall just expecting customers to be handed to them on a platter. I chose them blindly because in L.A. one of the places i went regularly was at a high end mall. The people are extremely nice and that is why I'm giving 2 stars not 1. read more

Worst car wash money can buy. Seemed like a good idea; get car washed while shopping. In reality it seems like they did little more than throw some tire shine on and rinse car off. Forgot the wash part. Spots all over windows and dirt that was clearly made wet but never wiped off. Would not recommend, felt swindled out of money and tip. read more

Staff were friendly, but this was by far the worst car wash I've ever had. I asked for a basic wash which is listed as $21 on their sign. I was charged $41 at the end of it and when I got my car back, there were still dead bugs on the front of the car. They don't provide a little air freshener or give you those little paper mats that most other car washes usually provide for free. Overall I was way overcharged for a very poor job. I'll be making sure that none of my coworkers patronize this service either. read more

I stopped in rather spontaneously today to get my car cleaned, and Pronto fit me in immediately and got my car nice and clean. It was not in good condition as far as cleanliness goes when I dropped it off, but was lovely when I picked it up, and if that were all that I encountered, they'd have four stars. (Five stars had it been a straightforward clean, but instead of looking my car over and giving me an estimate for a deeper clean initially, they just informed me when I picked it up that it was "more work", so they'd be tacking on an extra five bucks. Five bucks is five bucks, but I prefer to know the cost ahead of time.) HOWEVER, when I arrived to pick up my car, I looked it over briefly, paid and tipped 25%, then got in my car to leave. That was when I noticed that something was off. Where was my seatbelt? I had to reach behind my seat to find it. Something was wrong! My car came with a seatbelt-holder-thing on each side, to keep the seatbelt from cutting into shorter people's necks. Unfortunately, the driver's side seatbelt-holder-thing had been knocked clean off from where it normally attached to the headrest, and was dangling from the seatbelt. When I brought this to the attention of the guy there, he said something along the lines of "Oh, uh, yeah, that was broken already, by the way." I didn't fight it, since I had somewhere to be and didn't feel like dealing with it, but it was DEFINITELY not broken when I got there. How can I be so sure? Because my seatbelt wasn't cutting into my neck (and that piece wasn't dangling from it) when I got there. When I tried putting it back as it had been, it wouldn't stay holding it up. I've got it setting with superglue now as I type this, but I really wish they would have just said something and been like "Hey, I'm sorry, we broke this." Would've been fine, and I wouldn't have been upset, but having it pushed off as something that I did when it was fine when I came in was just infuriating. :( (Considering how often the seatbelt pulls on it, if it had been broken ahead of time, it would have come off when I got out of the car upon arrival and my seatbelt snapped back to its original position, or any of the times I put my seatbelt on today - which it did not.) read more

*ATTITUDE* we swung by this place to get our car washed. There were three open bays. We went to pull in one and the lady shouted, "hey! Turn around and pull in the right way!!" ok, sure. We pulled ahead, turned around and came back to pull into the slot. Before we did we stopped to ask how long a wash would take. As we are blocking traffic she says, "ummm I'll be right with you can you just wait." in a very snarky tone. Ok. Sure. We wait. Finally she addresses us and says, "why are you here? To get your car washed?" ummm. Yes. Isn't that what you do? To which she responds, yes, but its going to be a three hour wait before we can even get to you. Ok whatever. We leave. I brought my Ford Escape into ProntoWash with the need for an outside wash, but most importantly the need of a LOT of vacuuming due to my 115 pound Anatolian Shepherd's white hair having attached itself to my dark interior. They not only did the much needed and necessary work on my car within their last hour of closing, they did a better job than ANY OTHER CAR DETAIL PLACE I'VE BEEN TO IN THE PAST 4 YEARS!! I have found my new car detail / wash place and I will never go anywhere else from now on. Love them! Thank ProntoWash for the hard work and attention to detail! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is the worst car wash I have ever used. I took a 3 week old SUV in after a beach trip. I purchased the inside and outside cleaning. When I picked the vehicle up, there was sand everywhere in the back. There was sand on the back of the seats. There was sand and dirt all around the rear hatch. There was a dead bug on the dash. There was also a wad of electrical tape underneath the passenger seat. It's like they didn't even open the hatch door. I had them redo it, and they half way did it again. They didn't even pull my weather tech mat out to get the sand around it. I wouldn't let these guys wash my dogs bowl. You're better off parking your car in the rain than going to these guys. read more

I tried Pronto after seeing positive reviews here. I went here with my mates we ask if they would able to wash my car after an hour just right time to grab a lunch and they commit that they could finish it off after lunch and then we pay $60. So we decided to took our lunch just nearby and we came back after 1 hour and 30 minutes and to our dismay they are just half way of finishing it off and I am I am running out of time since I have a client meeting by 2pm. It was so ridiculous to wait. So what I did, I made my Johnny wait for my car and borrow his car since I had no choice. This shop promise to their customer for the immediate delivery of service however it is not what they do they only compromise us. This shop sucks. read more

I must say after going to the Arbor Car Wash at 525, they show their hours to be open until 530 that day and then being told that they were closing early and could not squeeze me in, I hurried over to pronto wash and called them to let them know I would be arriving right at closing time and that they would take me in. They agreed and not only accommodated a late car wash they called me on my phone and asked where I was as I had a difficult time finding their location in the garage at The domain, they even had someone waiting outside the garage to help me park. The service was excellent and accommodating and I highly recommend them to any one looking for a wonderful, detailed wash. read more

These guys are the best! They are so thorough and friendly. I told them that there was something in my car causing a mysterious musty odor and they were relentless in their pursuit of finding the culprit. They vacuumed and shampooed everything and the car looks almost new. I joked with them that I should sell it before I mess it up again. read more
