Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. If you do need a massage, I recommend Talita, especially because I haven't had massages from any other staff. - Customer service. This place has very good customer service and appears to be more attentive to their customers' needs and issues. Coming across a business, where management individually follow up with customers is not common and a business quality I very much appreciate.
