Upon picking my car up I was told my total was somewhere around the $1065 price point (not exactly sure of the final total). I panicked because in this economy, I had been saving and pinching pennies for the past 3 weeks to ensure I could effort the $700 price tag for the needed repairs. When I was given the new total, I asked if I could go out to my car because it seemed quite a bit higher than my original quote. The man said "of course!" I came back with my original quote and at this point Garry (manager?) had joined our crew and we all tried to figure out what happened. After a few minutes we realized that someone (not me) had called and asked to have an additional service added on to their appointment today and it was somehow added to my car. Garry was amazing after I reassured him I had no idea what he was talking about and had not called since I placed my original call about the inspection & check engine light nearly 5 weeks prior. Garry removed the additional $350+ charge and was completely amazing to work with. I felt awful that this had happened but also was super glad I had kept the original quote! These are tough times!

They looked at my car, and said it would be fine. They said my battery was in tip top shape. Two months later in the cold, it didn't start, and I couldn't make it to school. Turned out to be weak battery, and the starter. Things I feel they shouldn't have overlooked. Just now, I called inquiring about state inspections. I say I am coming right now to get it inspected, they say that's fine. I get here, and they say there is five hour delay to get my car inspected today. I have class, that wouldn't work for me. I wish they would've mentioned that before I wasted my time driving over. I'm sick of this, and them. Unless I have to I won't be coming back.

They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

I brought in a vehicle that had passed inspections every year prior at multiple garages including "Jiffy Lube." This vehicle is my "back up" and spends most of each year parked in my driveway with very little use. Despite that, the Sticker Station person who stated that he was helping out his son for the day, failed my vehicle with what I believed were "questionable issues" along the same lines as described in other Yelp reviews. He made outrageous claims about "parts missing" from the under carriage while there was nothing wrong with the emissions. While I was there an older lady came in to complain because the plug on her oil pan had not been properly tightened or something and all of the oil drained from her system making her need to have the car towed and forcing her to pay for a "rental" vehicle. After telling the lady that there was no way she would have been able to drive off their lot with a loose plug, they stated they would "look at it" once she had it towed back to their shop. The woman was close to tears at the end of the interaction. While I don't need to be "babied" by my mechanic or any other service provider, I do expect a certain level of decency and respect when a person interacts with me, especially when I am polite to them. Biddeford Sticker Station failed on that front. I won't be returning.

They overfilled my car with oil by a liter and I was having car issues that I thought were very related. They looked at my car. Amanda, the manager explicitly said this had nothing to do with an overfill. Even though I later found out she found Found spark plugs covered in oil. She also told me my number four coil for my engine needed to be changed as well which I later find out can be tied to an overfill. So I fixed all four coils and spark plugs and then had a lot of stalling issues which caused a PCV valve code. So again I got that part. We also discovered that part was covered in oil. Then my crankshaft sensor was an issue, I fixed that part and that was also covered in oil. On a side note, a mysterious engine filter brand new was installed in my car but there's oil all around it. I love how this has nothing to do with the liter that was overfilled in my car. As a single mother, I'm just at a loss here...... Prompto explicitly said if it was tied they would fix it so I have no idea what happened, I don't know if companies don't like to call each other out but this is just crazy to me.
