I confirmed that 1:00 PM would be okay and received a "great, thanks for your flexibility" type of response. I brought my vehicle in at 1:00 PM today and was told that my appointment was at 10:00 AM and they would not be able to service my vehicle for several hours due to the scheduling issue. I didn't receive any sort of explanation, admission of fault, or apology. I will not be returning to this business.

Even going in person it takes about half an hour for anyone to even come to the desk. Appointments are how to do it, but since the phone is hardly ever answered it's almost impossible to make one, unless you want to go in person, which is a hassle if your car really needs the work. Sometimes they can't find your appointment, as I found out when they didn't see it anywhere despite me having one. Go to VIP, it's more expensive but they're very flexible.

They inspected and gave me the option, the brakes had 10,000 miles left on them!! So come back in 10k or if they wanted they were prepared to change them if I wanted to. I'll be back in 10k with high confidence they will treat me right not looking to squeeze all my dollars from me. I'll do a follow up with their work - which I suspect is top notch!
