Started Physical Therapy with Dr. Leanna Garza last week. I had an initial exam with lots of Q&A so…read morethat Dr. Garza can properly assess my issue and the treatment plan going forward. She was very patient, gentle, listened carefully, polite, understanding and had a great bedside manner. I felt like I wasn't just a number and never felt rushed. After the Q&A, we did some mobility assessments and went out to the floor where Dr. Garza showed some exercises to do daily. The following visit, I tried Dry-Needling which is similar to acupuncture but the needles are placed only momentarily in the trigger points vs. left on the skin for a few minutes. Sometimes it would sting in the initial prick but it was bearable and brief. I've had acupuncture before so I'm not averse to it. The dry needling is supposed to treat the pain and allow for a better range of motion. After the dry needling, I was out on the floor to do more brief exercises and stretches. The exercise area is pretty big and there are a few PTs and Medical Assistants there to help you. I really appreciated that Dr. Garza was the one assisting me on the floor vs. just the exam and out on the floor with just Med Techs/Assistants showing me exercises. The MAs were personable & friendly. They were the ones taking my blood pressure as soon as I was led to the floor after check-in. It's been a few days since the dry-needling and the pain has subsided so we'll see if I'll need a few more treatments in the coming weeks? Lively music is piped in and I noticed in my first visit, there was a lot of Spanish language pop music playing. Check-in clerks were friendly and in a good mood. Overall, it's a positive atmosphere. The place seems busy but efficient. There's plenty of parking in this small business park.

I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying…read morethat Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.

If you want that push in getting healthy and help your body recover, this is the place. You want to relax, rejuvenate, and refocus/recenter yourself -this place can help you do that. 1. The owners are great, knowledgeable and friendly. Their staff is always friendly, willing to help and answer your questions. 2. Location. Location. Location. I live in the southside and I soooo much appreciate not having to travel to 1604 to receive the services I get here. 3. Great prices. Every month they have different specials. They also have a great introductory special for first timers -pick any 3 service for $79 (hopefully I got that price right but I know it's less than $100 for three services.). They also have a monthly membership-you can go everyday if you want with the membership. Don't be scared-memberships are not required. I normally grab a monthly special, which has a couple of the services that I use, or I go in and pay as I go. 4. Try the services they have and see what works for you. Cyro, sauna, mediation dome, etc. and don't worry the sauna room is not a group room. It's private. You are allowed to bring another person if you want, but it is private. They also have a shower if you want to go during your lunch break. 5. Parking in the back or there is street parking. 6. Always clean and sanitized Go try this place. I am a believer. It works for me. Support local!
