Do NOT go here if your repair involves repainting. I would have rather kept the minor scratches than end up with this. They claim to have a warranty on paint work but when I sent them photos of the condition of my bumper they told me it looked like rock chips and wouldn't be covered. No bumper should get this damaged by normal driving. read more

I messed up my car's driver side front bumper, fender, and tire rim on a Friday and reached out to a few places on a Saturday morning, including Proline Auto Body. Spencer picked up, and gave me the option to swing by on the following Wednesday. If he was able to pop everything back into place, he said he would do it at no charge. I went to see him as scheduled and although he couldn't pop everything back in place, he did his best and ended up gluing a couple parts together. I was very appreciative of this as it gave me the peace of mind to drive my car around. Ultimately, I went back to Proline later in the week to get everything formally fixed through my insurance. Spencer took extra care to make sure he could complete the repairs as quickly as possible because he knew I needed the car for personal reasons. There was some miscommunication in terms of timing from Spencer, the guy actually doing the repair, and the receptionist, but ultimately everything worked out. I recommend checking in and making sure the process is moving along so there aren't any surprises, especially if you need your car back asap. I'm really grateful for Spencer's help and highly recommend working with him! read more

I was referred to proline auto body shop by Putnam Subaru after my brand new Subaru Forester was rear ended. I was met with professionalism and service that was above and beyond. They'd arrange for a tow truck to pick up my car from my house and my service advisor Dave was always available to speak with me for updates via phone calls/text messages regularly. However, because of COVID and the holidays delaying delivery of parts, my car took a lot longer to get repaired than usual. I was beginning to lose patience but Christy worked with me and provided options for me so that my life was not too disrupted from not having my car. When my car was done, I was not disappointed! Obviously the person I spoke with on the phone was not knowledgeable about coolant leaks and their capacity to fix. Very new office. State of art facility. Brought my p90d model x here for a few dents from rocks. They make the car look brand new inside and out. And fixed everything back to normal even though i had some wraps on the trim. Christy the manager was always able to speak to even after hours by text. Ive never had this type of service before. They always respond and have updates on the car. And you know model x are very difficult to fix due to the falcon wings doors. I went to this shop per Tesla service recommendation. At first i wasn't sure because they do have mix reviews here. But this place is great. Very responsive to my daily call for updates. I feel like i was being annoying calling Travis and Spencer almost every other day but they were so nice to me and answered to all my inquiries. It took 30 days for them to have my car my model Y ready but mostly the Tesla parts took 2 weeks to arrived. The front service Camile was so helpful too. My experience with proline was A+. We needed the bumper replaced on our Subaru Forester in the middle of serious international supply chain issues. Proline was totally understanding of us needing out vehicle back before they could acquire the required parts and even paid for the Uber for the early pickup. They were hyper communicative about the status of our vehicle upon request and ultimately got us the car back with new bumper, our existing parking permit, and a complimentary wash and wax. Even the rims look brand new! Nothing like bringing in your damaged vehicle and getting back something much better than before. Terrible service and communication! We asked to get an itemized report so that we would know what we are paying out of pocket vs. what the insurance company would cover. They had our car for 3+ days and still no estimate and kept getting the run around on when they could provide it to us. I was fed up and finally asked my husband to call (assumed I wasn't being ignored since I'm a female) and they finally told him that their estimator wasn't on site and thye haven't even started the process. Don't have me drop off the car when you weren't even working on it and being an inconvenience. I'm sure they do great work...if they actually get started on your car! read more

I unfortunately was involved in a car accident with no plan on what to do with the car that was on a tow truck. My car was Tesla Midel S. I received a referral from Burlingame Teslaser ice to go to Proline with the damage my vehicle had received that involved a good amount t of aluminum body damage. Tesla told me this was where they sent their vehicles requiring body work to We got to the shop after they were officially loved for the night. There was a person still in the office. They called the owner, who came back to the office to help. Long xtiry short, he took care of me and helped with everything needed that evening. The car was at the shop for a lo ger period of time than expected due to slow process with the Insurance process. Car was ultimately marked as a total loss. THEY WANTED TO TOTAL MY CAR!!! I brought my car to Proline on the suggestion of my mechanic at Honda. My garage door closed on the roof of my car and dragged my ski rack across the roof. Without moving my car and eyeballing the damage, they said my car was TOTALLED! I did not believe the damage was that extensive so I went to another auto body place who came back with a $4500 estimate, and yes they did a complete inspection.
