While backing out of our very tight garage, my husband's front bumper was caught on bike tires hanging on the wall which pulled the bumper out. He took the car in for repair today, the owner had one of his crew check it and they were able to reattached it quickly free of charge. This is a late review, but a well deserved five star rating. I have a Toyota RAV4 that was rear ended and then driven into the car in front of me, so I had damage on both ends. There were supply issues for the necessary parts, a long wait. Larry at All Car was able to negotiate with my insurance company and Toyota suppliers - so I was able to receive OEM parts. Through the wait for parts, Larry would call and keep me informed as to status. When the repair was completed, the fit and finish are fantastic. No problems. This last time I went to get a quote and they emailed me the same day (and also did some strategic hammering so the problem didn't get worse). Took my car here due to this shop being a liberty mutual guaranteed for life shop. Noticed the paint didn't match the car and had to bring it back. They cut a evap line and the repair was a nightmare. Fast forward four year the paint started to fail and I learned insurance paid them for parts that didn't even exist for the car. Larry the manager wouldn't help at all and this shop doesn't honor their warranty. Liberty Mutual dropped them as a shop stating they have very poor workmanship and too many issues from them. read more

These guys were really good. Professional and courteous throughout. I had a small dent/scrape on the hood of my car and they took it in on Monday and finished it by Wednesday evening. The repair itself was immaculate; I can't tell where the dent was. While it was in the shop, I also opted to have the car detailed (clay bar, polish, and wax) and they did a great job. Upon pickup, I noticed that a few of the surface scratches remained. When I told Larry, he looked and had his tech come over to see and correct the defect in the paint within 10 minutes. They even vacuumed the inside of the car to make it nice and pristine. One last thing: I have a rather sporty car, and in other shops/dealerships, there have been a few more miles than what should have been there. This time, there were no extra miles. There was no reset of my mileage. No funky feel of the clutch or shifter for the next few miles. These guys are as good as it gets, IMO. read more

Picked up my car from them today, they did a great job fixing it. Even took out a small parking lot ding not related to the accident!! Bonus points, they returned it to me sans beach sand and dog hair, with a clean windshield. Nice! My only complaint, it was supposed to be ready yesterday and I had to call them to find out it would be an extra day. I feel they should have called me and notified me, rather than me waiting around all day before finally calling to see what was going on. They did call me as soon as it was ready for pick up, so maybe it all balances out. Especially in light of the dog hair and ding removal. So, in summary, they rock!! read more

I don't know what has taken me so long to write this review. I've been using this auto body repair shop since I bought my first car twenty years ago. The workmanship has always been superb. Aside from the basic body repair work they've done, I've also had my cars' paint sealed. When I had my current car sealed the manager met me after hours so I could drop off my vehicle on the way to the airport and I still paid a fraction of what the dealer tried to charge. Their customer service is and always has been outstanding, but that experience was extremely thoughtful and totally exemplified the pinnacle of a family-owned business practice. Our car was involved in a parking lot fender bender. Our car was scraped by a Tesla that "'swerved around us and miscalculated.'" When we brought in our car the next day to All Car, we were met by Larry who had already spoken to our insurance agent handling our case. Larry is a professional, courteous, patient and kind. He updated us on when he ordered parts, showing the detailed work needed to fix our car. He also called Enterprise rental as I thought their office was located down the street, nope it was the Burlingame office that was opened for business. Once the repairs were done I picked up our Acadia, carefully looked it over and was quite impressed with the repairs done. Our car was also washed and sparkling, it was a beautiful site.
