She's efficient, kind, and always on top of scheduling, insurance, and any questions I had. Her professionalism made a big difference during a long course of treatment. I'm especially grateful to Corey and Ashley for helping me get back to a better place physically. My herniated disc and sciatica have improved a lot, and I learned exercises and habits I'll continue using. That said, I do recommend requesting one of the female therapists if you can. I found them to be warmer and more engaged, while some of the male therapists weren't as friendly or welcoming when I came in multiple times a week. It was really off-putting when I would come in and make eye contact with some of the male therapists and they would not even say hello, they acted very arrogant and would it hurt to say a simple hello or a nod. A couple of downsides: the facility feels a bit outdated, and cleanliness could be better some chairs, therapy beds, and floor area were dusty. I would be on the carpet and I could see all the dust it was really gross. They need to do better! I also wish the therapists spent more than about 15 minutes with patients before handing off to aides, who didn't always seem fully confident with the exercises. Even with those concerns, I'm thankful for the progress I made here and for the staff who genuinely cared about my recovery.

After living with a chronic illness for almost two years, I had started to lose hope that anyone…read morewould truly understand what I was going through, until I met Dr. Sovetky! From the very beginning, Dr. Sovetky went above and beyond in ways I have never experienced with any other doctor. He took the time during our consultation to really learn and understand what problems I was having and how he could help. He really took the time to investigate what was happening with my body and create a personalized plan based on my X-rays, my symptoms, and my specific needs. He even spent his own personal time researching my chronic illness so he could better help me heal. That level of care is incredibly rare. What makes Dr. Sovetky so special is that you can truly feel how much he cares about his patients. Every single time I walk into the office, he greets me with kindness, positivity, and a smile on his face. He pays attention, adjusts treatment based on how I'm feeling, and always makes me feel heard and supported. He doesn't treat patients like numbers -- he treats them like people. For the first time in a long time, I finally feel hopeful about my recovery. With every session, I am already starting to feel improvements, and I genuinely believe I am in the right hands. In addition to adjustments, he has incorporated treatments like red light therapy and vibration therapy to help speed up my healing process, which just shows how dedicated he is to helping his patients feel better as quickly and safely as possible. The entire office has such a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. His receptionist and staff are all so kind, warm, and helpful, and the energy in the office is honestly unmatched. You can tell everyone there truly cares. Dr. Sovetky is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he has a kind, genuine heart, and that combination is hard to find. Some people are clearly doing what they were meant to do in this world, and helping people heal is absolutely his purpose. I cannot recommend Dr. Sovetky enough. If you are struggling, in pain, feeling unheard, or looking for a doctor who will truly care about your healing journey, this is the place to go. I am beyond grateful to have him as part of my recovery team. 10/10 experience. Truly one of the best doctors I have ever met!!!

This will not be my last time visiting his office but I am so thankful that I was able to find such a great chiropractor to not only explain the process thoroughly but to hear me out & acknowledge the pain that I was feeling was because of other trigger points. Once again, I can't fully express my gratitude but I am certain you will have such an amazing experience!

Everyone, from the receptionists, nurses, all the way to the doctors, are great. Dr. Chase Cho & Dr. Evelyn Hartvig are excellent and very caring medical professionals. They make sure to really take the time to listen to your concerns, and are not dismissive. I have no doubt I'm in good hands whenever I go see them. Wait times are hardly ever long. Today, I waited not even five minutes before I was called back. Once I was called back, I didn't need to wait long to be seen by my physician. I understand that nobody ever likes having to go to a doctors office, but I will continue to go here since the quality of medical care is excellent.

I do not write negative reviews lightly, especially about medical providers. I stayed with this…read morepractice for years, saw many different doctors, and wanted it to work. Leaving has been a difficult decision because changing healthcare providers requires enormous time, emotional energy, and research. I feel strongly that women deserve to be warned about this practice. This practice may work for male patients and younger women who prefer a highly rigid, standardized model of care and who do not mind a lack of continuity with providers. For me, continuity and trust are essential to good medical care, and I found them almost impossible to achieve here. I would wait months for appointments with a physician I was beginning to build a relationship with, only to have the provider changed days before the appointment. Just as I began to feel comfortable with someone, the relationship disappeared. The people at the front desk and many answering the phones were also cold and rude. I felt I was treated with more warmth and humanity at Trader Joe's than by this medical office. One of the worst experiences I had was when I called the patient advocate office for this practice hoping I could finally get help after repeatedly feeling unsupported in my care. The way I was spoken to during that call was so dismissive, cold, and rude that I still think about it. It shocked me that someone in a patient advocacy role could speak to a patient with so little empathy. I understand this is a teaching practice, and I did meet some younger doctors whom I appreciated and connected with. At the same time, I also had some awful experiences there. What troubled me most was the larger institutional culture these doctors were being trained within. The overall approach to women's health, particularly for women in their late 30s and beyond, felt outdated, rigid, and disconnected from current research surrounding hormonal health and menopause care. Women's health has historically been underfunded, understudied, minimized, and poorly researched compared to men's health. Because of that history, it becomes even more important for practices to stay current with the evidence-based research that does exist. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. The practice felt out of touch with evolving menopause and hormonal healthcare guidelines and resistant to changing its approach. At a certain point, I realized I was essentially going to a hardware store trying to buy milk. I kept fighting, advocating, and researching, hoping this system would eventually provide the care I needed, when in reality it was fundamentally unequipped to offer it. What became especially painful and demoralizing was how little trust seemed to be placed in my lived experience and intuition about my body. I repeatedly felt that unless something appeared clearly on an MRI, X-ray, blood test, or scan, my experiences were not fully believed or taken seriously. Another deeply frustrating part of my experience was how little urgency there seemed to be when problems arose with medications or prescriptions, which happened repeatedly. Medications were prescribed incorrectly, refills were mishandled, and important details were missed. Often, my messages and requests for help were completely ignored even when the matter was urgent. Over time, it became difficult not to feel that my wellbeing simply did not matter. What became increasingly alarming to me was how little consideration was given to hormones as a contributor to symptoms in women entering midlife. Yet I repeatedly encountered the same narrow responses: antidepressants, birth control pills, or dismissiveness, while feeling that the actual root causes of my symptoms were not being seriously explored. Many of the health issues I struggled with for years improved significantly once I finally received estrogen therapy elsewhere. I spent many lost years suffering, researching on my own, and trying desperately to connect the dots while feeling increasingly dismissed and isolated inside this system. I genuinely believe it can be dangerous for women in their late 30s and beyond to rely on practices that are not meaningfully educated in modern menopause and hormonal healthcare. Women lose years of their lives this way. One of the most painful ironies for me is that this practice includes the word "Dignity" in its name. Personally, I did not feel dignity here. I finally decided to leave, advocate for myself, and find a provider who is equipped to offer current, evidence-based care grounded in modern research surrounding women's health. You must do better for women.

This sounds like a ridiculous thing to have to say but in this world of HMO's where you get 7-10 minutes with a doctor who is expected to see 50 patients a day having someone that makes you feel heard and actually cared for is a BIG DEAL. She is calm, smart and attentive. There is a relationship and a consistency built up over time. When I called with a positive COVID test she called back immediately, assessed the situation, prescribed Paxlovid and reassured me she'd be there if needed. When I was depressed dealing with aging parents I called asking for an anti-depressant and she talked me out of it in a very sympathetic manner. When the Pharmacy couldn't fulfill the diabetic medication she prescribed she gave me samples until they finally got the Insurance company to cover it. It took MONTHS! That was amazing. A few days ago I got a copy of my lab results from Quest. I printed it out and highlighted what I needed to ask her about. She answered every question thoroughly. My Cholesterol is High but she didn't immediately jump to prescribing a Statin. Which is what the Insurance companies want to see to justify paying her. She asked about diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress. All the right questions. She's been in practice a long time and has an established personal network of MD's she works with. She referred me over to a very good Endocrinologist and Allergist. I could go on but suffice it to say she is a good GP. Her staff? No complaints. Alondra handles the prescription renewals and has actually been very nice, responsive and helpful. Overall, I am grateful for Dr. Hopkins and relieved I don't have to become a faceless number in the HMO system.
