Fantastic! Progressive Painting got my large 5500sq foot house painted in 2 days. Very professional and efficient. Also did quality work. They also fixed my roof and applied silicon coating. Highly recommend! read more

The house does look nice, but they are lacking attention to detail. Contract advises they will pressure wash entire house. They could not have, on inspection they painted over cobwebs above front door. Got paint all over brand new pergola attached to house. When explaining some of these issues with owner (Ken) he advised we're painting a house here, not the Mona Lisa. A few days after they finished I noticed paint was dumped in a french drain on side of house (see pic). Clean-up was ok, not great. did not put furniture or plants back where they were. Did not patch all cracks. painted over dirt on retaining wall. In Scottsdale AZ read more

Andreas and his crew from Progressive Painting actually came by and knocked on my door, which was great timing because we were thinking about getting our home exterior painted. They started quickly, handled all the prep work including pressure washing and stucco repair, and the final result looks amazing. If you need reliable painters in Phoenix, I highly recommend them. read more

Progressive Painting gave us the best price and I signed the contract, but after a few days we decided timing wasn't the best for us to proceed with the painting project. We really appreciated Andreas and the team being willing to refund our deposit and to cancel the contract. We met a few members of the family and liked everyone we met. We will be coming back to Progressive Painting. You don't get a. lot of companies that treat you well these days that also have great pricing. read more

Thank you for painting our home with care and quality work. We are pleased and happy with the finished work. The communication and updates from your company were valuable to us. It is admirable that everything we asked for and that was included in the contract was fulfilled and beyond. The availability of owners and staff were outstanding. Your crew was respectful of our property and did nicely clean up after they finished painting. We had the pleasure of Carlos and Nina doing touch up work. So professional and friendly - you have a great team with them. They found small situations we were not aware of. They fixed them with no problem and went beyond with making everything right. Don't lose them - they are valuable to your company! I highly recommend your company! read more

Still nothing from this duck-and-dodge company. It's interesting too that a neighbor who lives in the area, and who also had her house painted by Ken/Progressive at about the same time, showed me cracks and fading all along her stucco facade. Her contract, signed by Ken M., said the stucco would be first be sealed, and it also listed a "20-year" guarantee against fading or cracking. She informed me that she too has been unable to get Progressive to honor that contract. How in the world are these people still in business?? read more

I called the office and was connected to Ken, the owner, and told him I needed to get my house painted ASAP. Within a few hours he was at my front door. He gave me a great estimate and said his crew could start the next day. They started quickly, handled all the prep work including pressure washing and stucco repair. Alexander Guzman and his crew were amazing. They were all curteous, friendly and very professional. Alex kept me updated every step of the project and consulted with me on any concerns. He went above and beyond every expectation I had and the final result looks amazing. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. I have referred them to many people who were completely satisfied with every aspect of the compay. I highly recommend them. read more

I needed my 2 story house painted and it was a big job with multiple colors. I was impressed early on because they showed up with a massive crew and really got the job kicked off. As with any large job, we had trouble with spills and breakage but they were willing to send people out to make it right on more than one occasion. They even painted the wrought iron fence which turned out surprisingly well. It's been over 6 months now and the paint still looks great. read more

Ken and crew knocked out the exterior repaint of my house which included pressure washing, stucco repair, and high quality Sherwin Williams paint. It was 110* yesterday, but they worked hard in these conditions to complete the job in one day. They even moved the patio furniture, and then replaced it when they were done. No overspray on any windows. Hire with confidence. read more

This is a 5 star review for Progressive Painting, LLC owned by Mr. Ken Muhammad. I actually met Billy, their salesman, as he was turning around in the cul-de-sac in front of my home in Cave Creek. My wife and I had just talked about having our house painted, so I invited him in for my free estimate. Billy was a warm, friendly man in uniform and a new company truck. He looked the project over and said he was quite new with the company so, once he realized we were serious, he called Ken, the owner and expert, who came right over. He showed us all aspects of the job he recommended, gave a very fair price and I signed the contract. The following morning at 0600 my property was a parking lot of Progressive painter's trucks. Edgar was the foreman and I saw quickly how organized the entire crew was and how much they all liked and respected Edgar. The Progressive Painting crew went to work using the best quality prep materials and paint. The entire job was completed in 2 days and my home, trim, viga beams, outdoor kitchen area and property walls were all repaired, painted and looked spectacular. Our heads were spinning with how fast it all happened, how professional they were to work with, how reasonable the price was and how happy my wife and I are with the totally updated appearance of our home and property. I highly recommend Progressive Painting, LLC. read more

Progressive Painting - This is just a small group of Progressive Painting LLC who were here at the end of the project. These folks, and the rest, are the best! - Painters Near Me

Progressive Paint, LLC Met with Ken on Father's Day, we walked around the entire house and he explained exactly what would be done and what he could repair or add to improve the look of the house. His proposal was very reasonable and included repairs we had been wanting for some time but had been putting off, original estimate 3 days. After talking with the wife and doing some quick checks on the internet, I agreed to the proposal and scheduled for next day. Should note here that the last time the house was painted, when it was built in 1998. House is single story, 3200 sq ft. Tough part was picking out a paint color since we live in an HOA and had to use one of their paint schemes, and on-line samples just don't really show the colors well. Oh well that was our problem, not Kens. Finally made our decision on Monday morning, but Ken was flexible and still made it happen. His paint crew showed up on Monday June 16th at 6:30 in the morning (as promised). Met the team lead Kevin (who is also Ken's son), he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was expecting 3-4 painters at most to work on the house. I was watching from inside the house, and more and more painters just kept showing up, finally the crew of 15 went to work... the cleared around the base of the house, moved patio furniture and everything that was close to the house, and covered it to make sure it would not get paint on it. They masked all the windows, roof tile, stone work, patio, walkways, etc. They also met my dog Tillie (120lb Newfoundland) and gave her pets and love; she was happy and slept the rest of the day. Then they really got busy, cleaned all the surfaces, sprayed de-chalking, repaired all cracks, broken plaster and sealer on all stone work, plus sprayed primary on the trouble/repair areas. The also repair/replace the dry wall on the underside of patio and front door areas from previous water damage. They also re-stucco'd my decorative knee walls/planters on the patio. Then they go to work painting the entire houses exterior, front view fence (60ft) and rear-view fence (250ft) the chosen house color. They also painted the front door and garage door a 2nd trim color. Everything looked wonderful. Now the great part, started at 6:30.... Started clean-up at 12:38, and where completely done by 3:30... including an add-on of water sealing my flat patio roof. They cleaned up everything, put everything back where it belonged (thanks to pictures taken before removing). Put all the rocks, pots, plants and my wife's vegetable containers back. Cleaned all possible paint spills. After the left, didn't look like the had every been there... other than the house look fantastic. Just to let you know that I am a real customer, would give Progressive Painting, Ken, and especially Kevin 10 stars if allowed... but we will give them the full five and then some. Thank Ken, Kevin and the fantastic paint crew that came to my house. read more

We were originally given a lower price than what we ended up paying, which felt a bit misleading. However, aside from that, the quality of the work and the speed of completion were outstanding. We would highly recommend them. Especially Kevin's team, read more

Ken Muhammad not only promised a professional inside and outside painting job but also removing any furniture (for a price a course). While we were out of town, Ken informs us that they would not be moving the things because all the good stuff was taken. Their bid was definitely not the lowest (actually very high now that I have been researching more)- and quality was very poor! Inside they sprayed directly over switches and plates, didn't tape off! They over-sprayed on some fixtures and windows but the worst of all is trying to get a hold of them to finish.... impossible. They did not leave all of the paint colors for us to do touch up (which is definitely needed) and will not respond to tell us the colors. The spray job was light (outside and in) and overall it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommended anyone use Progressive if you want a quality and complete job done for your home. Beware!!!! read more

Ken Muhammad is the owner. He had just painted another neighbor's home and was in the area soliciting his services. We had just been talking about getting the house painted so it was good timing. He gave us a reference. We went and talked with the neighbor who gave a glowing report of satisfaction. Ken and his team arrived on time and immediately began their work. Ken had an explanation of all they would do from start to finish. They were finished in 3 days and clean up the property so that it looked just as it had when they arrived. Everybody on his team was very professional. We would highly recommend his services. The price was fair. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a card from Progressive with a fairly reasonable rate to repaint my home in Cave Creek. The price was a little more than other bids that I received but when Ken and his sales rep walked around the exterior, they added free services to paint my Vega posts and mailbox a complimentary color to match my new color design. They came out at 6:30am. The Foreman knocked on my door to introduce himself and to let me know that they would start unloading supplies and start masking to back of my home. I watched 10 men prep my house as I had coffee. When I got home from work, my house looked amazing! They had already cleaned up and left. Progressive Painting finished my 2 story-3500 sq ft home in a day! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and stunning paint job. Well worth the money! read more

Been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to report a problem and no one answers, calls back, mailbox is full. As well there are 5 addresses listed? How confusing. For the most part the painting was great, they were polite and respectful, thought it was helpful that they found and fix a roof problem but now we have a huge leak and bubble forming. There has been no rain in my area too! Very frustrated. read more

Every aspect of having our house painted by Progressive Painting was great! The estimate was accurate and very reasonable. The job foreman, Angel, was professional and knowledgeable. Kevin's crew did a quality job on the exterior of our home. This hard working crew was thorough, detailed, courteous and friendly. And quick! Hard to believe anyone could be so meticulous and so fast at the same time. But they were! We had a nightmare experience with a different painter who did the interior of the house a couple years ago. So it took us a lot of time to build up the courage to find someone else to do the outside. We got it right this time! read more

Progressive Painting was amazing! The attention to detail was impressive. They went above and beyond what we even expected and fixed details that we would not have thought of (and we needed a lot of fixing). The turnaround time blew us away. Update... Progressive called and apologized for the misunderstanding as they had office staff out due to COVID. They set up a person to come out and touch up paint. They were very polite and the fix looks really nice. We started on a good note with progressive. But... I had to ask them to come back to finish painting areas they missed (obvious misses) I knew they were in a hurry but I do not like to be the person who checks to see if the job is done. 2.5 months after painted large area on a front column peeled off and I called and left messages for them to come by and fix. I did not think it would be a difficult issue as they were painting neighbors house. No call back after initial discussion and I called 3 more times. I will fix the paint myself but cannot recommend unless you have a lot of time to watch the work carefully yourself. Quality is not a priority... read more

This is the worse painting company period . Many areas to touch up also left paint on furniture. The owner told us it would take one week . Turned onto Two Weeks . Aways complaining they were losing $4000.00 on a $16000.00 job . One day they just left no word no final inspection nothing . Took over Two weeks to finally get a hold of someone. Wanted my money back for the packing service as I eventually did it myself . I paid $1000.00 for that . Owner Ken reply he never refunds money . Said ( I'm hard , I'm from the streets ) . Reminded him to control his speech before he says something he may regret . A week later two men show up unannounced and do a few touch ups and then leave . They said their boss told them to spend about an hour and go . They did not clean furniture with paint nor address areas that needed a second coat to cover old paint . I would never recommend this company to do any painting . They talk a good game but that's it . Very unprofessional, very crooked IMO . Not worth the hassle. Filed a complaint with the ROC and BBB . DO NOT USE ThEM . read more

My experience with Progressive Painting LLC was positive with a quality outcome! From the quote negotiation, a visit from the owner of the company, the crew foreman and the INCREDIBLY hard working crew, they completed the exterior repairs and painting of our home per commitment of 1 day (a team of 7). WOW... this was an impressive effort given our home is not small and the project occurred during an extreme heat wave! The foreman was attentive to concerns, and the crew members were polite, friendly, and worked very well with each other throughout the entire day! As a side note, the paint was upgraded to Sherwin Williams SuperPaint. The stucco repairs, and the much needed roof decking repair/reseal appear to blend in seamlessly. With the monsoon season upon us, I am so relieved the much needed rooftop deck repair is in place! The value is commensurate with the quality. They did a GREAT job! Thank you all!! (Love the hat! They solicited me over the phone and made an appointment on 12/4 to quote me. Called on 12/2 and explained on the phone that their guy was unable to be there and we moved it to 12/7. A David Griffen showed up on 12/7 and quoted me $3,800 to paint the outside of my house. Price would have been higher but his workers needed the work. I reminded him that I was told paint was included as an incentive to sign up. He then said, "then your price is even better!" I asked for a written quote and he took my email and said I'd have it in an hour! 12/10, three days later, I called David and told him I never received the quote. He said he would immediately take care of it. Nothing ever arrived. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which Progressive boasts about on the business cards, shirts, and truck. On 12/5, I received a call from someone whoo said he owner Progressive. I explained what had transpired. He said he was out of town but would personally come to my house with the quote on 12/19. He said they were very busy and didn't know how long it would take to paint my house, He did not ever show up. I heard from BBB that the owner of Progressive responded to my complaint by saying that THEY decided not to present me with a quote! I guess they also chose not to let me know. Apparently the phone solicitation was a low ball in order to get the appointment. All things being equal, I'm glad they never followed through. read more

I contracted with this company to paint the interior of my home. I was not given an opportunity to really inspect the job before they left. Later I dicovered several things that weren't done. A large stain was left on my carpet from the workers spilling a drink cooler. Dimmer switch knobs were thown out, as well as my printer cord. Doors only painted on one side. Electrical outlet broken. Areas of the baseboards not painted. Tear in the kitchen linoleum when they moved the refrigerator and a scratch acoss the door of the refrigerator. It was amazing how they were able to return everthing back to its original place. I observed how they worked together when they had to move heavy furniture.
