We have used this company to paint our house twice now! They did a wonderful job each time and I will use them again when the need arises. This time the work was led by the Clint Group. They are fast, detailed, moved all the outside furniture & plants and put them back and they are very reasonable in pricing. I can't say enough good things about this company and all the people working there. They are all so nice and very professional. It is my pleasure to give a wonderful review from a happy customer! Just wanted to say thank you for a great job! Kevin's team was awesome. They were here when they said they would be and all were polite and professional. Ken and David were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them! read more

We hired Progressive last August to paint the outside of our home. Though it took longer than the initial three days that they promised, we did have a sprinkle or two that delayed them, so we were ok with that. At the end of the job, we walked around and did a cursory inspection with the foreman and we were pleased with the job. But the next day we found several areas they'd missed: That's when the aggravation began. My husband must have called a couple of dozen times over the next two weeks, only to get an answering machine. Once, he did reach the owner, who promised to send someone out the next day. That never happened. After at least two months of trying, a woman finally picked up the call, apologized, and sent a painter the next day. The man agreed things needed touching up and promised to be back in a day or two. Four months later, we are still waiting! Repeated phone calls to the company have gone unanswered and we've pretty much given up on ever getting the rest of the work done. So much for their 3-year warranty that was touted so ardently by their estimator. Once they've been paid, they've moved on and you'll be lucky if they answer your calls. read more

Ken's team did an excellent job painting my 4400 sq. ft. home in July. The cost was very fair, products are best in class and the work was done in a very professional manner. Ken is a gentleman and I highly recommend Progressive Painting. read more

We are so pleased with our completed job-very thorough and love the color-exact match to what we wanted. Kevin and his team completed our exterior home and fencing in a day and a half!!! We were happy with the price and the quality of the work-thank you Ken!! read more

Ken and his crew have done a great job on our home. In fact he's nearly done every house on our street! We were amazed at how quickly they got the job done for not only the house but our block fence that surrounds an acre. Ken explained the whole process and gave great advice. We recommend! read more

Big Project - Turned out GREAT My exterior walls and block fence were in really rough shape, and the exposed wood above all of the windows was rotted out in many places. Ken and his team came in and worked tirelessly for days scrapping walls, removing the wood, and stuccoing to make it all uniform. You can't even tell there was ever wood above the windows. Like other reviewers, I found the team large, efficient, and polite. I'm very particular, and Ken left a couple of guys behind to cover all of the little details to my satisfaction. VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS read more

Bob & Jan H Progressive Painting LLC of Phoenix painted the exterior of our house, barn and shed. They did an outstanding job finishing in a timely manner. The two young gentlemen that prepped before painting were exceptional. They performed their duties efficiently and were very polite, courteous and personable. Larry's Crew did the painting. They were professional, did excellent work and Larry handled all our concerns. Marcus came the day after the major portion of painting was done. Marcus was here the entire day by himself. He painted the shed and finished any areas left undone. He corrected any mistakes and put finishing touches where needed. Marcus is a "One Man Painting Machine"! We are extremely happy with the job done by Progressive Painting. LLC. read more

This company may actually do a good job painting your home, but unfortunately I could not get them to come out and give an estimate. They twice failed to show up for their appointments and then failed to get back to me to reschedule. Three strikes... read more

I agree with Jane. We were given a contract and the job was completed in two days. Professional from beginning to end. Per the contract the gates were to be done. The crew was all loaded up and ready to roll. We pointed out the error and first thing the next morning our gates were painted. The crew were polite efficient and there was no blaring radios. I highly recommend them Kristin read more

We just moved into our house here in Scottsdale. It was in need of painting and Ken of Progressive Painting LLC took the time to outline everything they would do to make our place look new. Wow, my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised. His crew was well trained and the results show. We like what was done. Give Progressive Painting a chance and you will be very happy with the results. read more

Ken and his team provided a very specific estimate on what would be done, they moved everything for us, taped and covered everything and painted our entire home (2 story) in one day. Great team, friendly guys, professional, precise, and the final result is quality. I was amazed because the price was very good and yet the quality of the paint is top rate and the application was excellent. Thanks Progressive! read more

If a big guy named Ken Muhammad knocks on your door and says he'll paint your house, using a crew of 6 or more eager, professional painters, at a reasonable price, be assured that he's the real deal. We're more than satisfied with the whole experience! Ken is a hands on company owner, and was here daily to assure a quality job. read more

My husband and I just had Progressive Painting repaint the entire outside of our stuccoed house. This included painting and fixing all of the stucco, painting all the wood trim, 2 outside doors, and our entire perimeter stuccoed fence. They did a great job. They were very professional, showed up on time, cleaned everything up afterwards and were done in about 6 hours! We had Marcus and his crew of at least 6 to 8 men! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Ken and his team were fantastic. His estimate was competitive with other painters I called, and he was willing to start the job the next day. His team knocked everything out in a single day and the house looks great. The guys showed up on time, were courteous, and clearly care about their work. I would absolutely recommend Progressive to my friends. read more

Ken was awesome and friendly. Erick and his crew did an amazing job! My 4300 sq ft house and large fence completed in a day and a half. Huge crew blitzed my house with countless repairs needed at a fair price. Highly recommend! They have painted many homes in our neighborhood and they look great read more

Kevin's crew did a super job. They painted our house and cleaned up in one day. Ken was excellent to work with. I appreciate his honesty and suggestions to provide a better outcome and a longer lasting paint job. There were several years of neglect and the paint was peeling in several spots. They sanded the trim and other areas as needed and applied a bonding agent so the paint would adhere. The overall job was excellent. read more

Ken Muhammad stopped by my house this past Sunday out of the blue and offered to give me a quote to paint my house. He was eager to assign his team to paint my house the following day. I was initially skeptical but gained confidence in him as I listened to him describe how his team would repair the stucco cracks and add a waterproofing compound to the top of the line Dunn Edwards paint. I then added having him paint both sides of my backyard block wall, which is extensive. His quote was very reasonable. Bottom line is that his teams, led by Kevin and Larry, did an outstanding job. All exterior art work was taken down, all windows and doors covered in plastic, and stucco cracks were meticulously repaired. The parapets on my roof were quite damaged and they went above and beyond to repair the damaged areas instead of just painting over these spots. They were able to do the complete house and wall painting in 2 days and then came back the morning of the third day to put everything back and rehang the outside artwork. My house looks brand new again. I would not hesitate to hire Ken and his Progressive Painting crew again and highly recommend them to other people needing to have their house painted. read more

Ken Muhammad of Progressive Painting knocked on our door last week and said he was painting three houses in our development and wanted to know if we needed our house painted. We checked the company's contracting license and their BBB rating and decided to go for it. They brought in large crew the next day to prep the exterior of the house and were back the following day to paint it. Afterwards, we found a few hairline cracks they had missed and they returned within two days and fixed everything. The crew never left a mess, and having the house done in such a short amount of time was really nice. We highly recommend them for exterior painting jobs. read more

Ken, Kevin, Larry and an amazingly large crew painted the exterior of our house, the wall surrounding our property and repaired and resurfaced our roof. Their prep work was very detailed and protected all the areas in and around the house from getting damaged (including landscaping). They did a lot of stucco repairs and protective coating before beginning the painting. One thing that really impressed us was the pride they take in their work. They really cared about the end result and worked hard to make sure we would be happy with it too. Before leaving, they made sure they put back anything they had moved to the correct location. We were very impressed with their commitment to quality and we are very happy with how great our house looks! read more

From 0700 these guys were like a bunch of ants descending on my house. No efforts were wasted, they went right to work like they have done it 1 million times before; motion economy. I could not be happier with how my house turned out. They repaired bad places on my stucco I didn't even know I had. When finished painting, they even put the vines back on the trellis :) if you use any other company you're wasting your money. A day and a half 3400 ft.² done. Nicest bunch of guys you'll ever meet. Thanks so much. Joe and Sandy G. in Carefree, AZ ~July 2018 read more

Ken's team painted the exterior of my house back in 2014, did a great job and met all expectations with professionalism and courtesy! I have some more work now, but can't seem to get a hold of anyone after numerous attempts via the phone number or email. Still in business? read more

Ken and his team painted our 3200 sq ft house in 4 days. A lot of prep work was required. They were on time, professional, and efficient. The outcome is beautiful! The paint colors match the original colors precisely. I would highly recommend this team. read more

We used Progressive Painting to paint our house and shed. Ken, the owner, gave us a very thorough review of what needed to be done and how his team could accomplish this. We had to have stucco and dry wall repair before any painting could begin. Kevin's crew arrived on time the next morning and worked solidly all day long...from prep to completion of the painting of our home. They did everything they said they would in a very professional and thorough manner, cleaning up after themselves as well. Friendly, helpful crew; excellent follow through by owner. read more

Our experience was both frustrating and unpleasant. We definitely would never recommend their service. They said they would send 7/8 workers to start job on the 8th or 9th of February, 2018. They sent only two men on the 9th. He said he would send full/large team on the 10th to finish the job. They sent no one at all. The job was finished on the 12th and he said he would send a worker on the 13th to fix a few issues. Company sent no one at all. Did not receive communication/phone calls to explain the situations on the 8th, 9th, 10th or the 13th. Had to track him down. Very unpleasant experience. So far the paint job appears acceptable. read more

Guy knocked on my door to give me a quote to paint my house. Came back 3 times a little better each time. So I finally gave the go ahead to paint my house. First problem was after a price was agreed upon he up sold me $300 dollars for better paint on my metal railing. For such a small railing I thought that was a bit high. SO I called Dunn Edwards to see what the difference in the price of paint was, it was the same price as the regular paint! This is not the part that made me write this review. They told me anything they break will be fixed by them. I have a mexican tile roof and they broke dozens of tiles and never said a word packed up and took off. Now I have aleast $1000 in damage trying to save a few dollars on paint. read more

I'm not one to post reviews regularly, although I felt compelled after having my house painted from Progressive. From the moment that the engagement started, the sales rep (Billy) was extremely courteous and went above and my expectations to provided a highly competitive quote within minutes. He also explained that the company could start the house preparations and being the job within same week. Within a day, Progressive was onsite prepping the house for the job. Billy came back onsite to assist with the color selection and talk me through the house painting process. Overall, Progressive completed the job within two days with no issues with overspray, no issues with missing any spots and all repairs that needed to be made were done without issue. To comment on the crew, every single person who was involved was highly courteous and checked in with me along each step to make sure that I was happy with their progress. As they came close to completion, they asked me to do a walk-through with them to make sure that the work was to my satisfaction. Not only did Progressive do a highly professional job but their customer service was beyond any company which I received an estimate from. And their customer service continued throughout the entire engagement, which for me, is the most important part of doing business with a company. Because of this, I've already recommended Progressive to some of my friends who are looking to have their house painted and would recommend the same for anyone who is looking to do the same. read more

Progressive Paint just completed painting my house and wow did they do an incredible job. The complete job went better than I could of ever expected. Billy who came and gave me a very competitive quote was very professional, courteous and explained the complete process. The most amazing thing was they did not want a penny until the job was complete and I was satisfied. The team of painters arrived on time and worked until the job was finished. The team painted a house over 4,000 feet in one day and left my house exactly as it was by putting everything back in its proper spots. The owner Ken also arrived with the team to introduce himself and make sure all of my questions were answered. It's very hard to find honest and reputable company like Progressive Paint. read more

We had a terrific experience with Progressive Painting. Ken (owner) was very kind and helpful with our selection of products - as a professional he is very current with what is available and made several suggestions to us, which we greatly appreciated. Clint, the foreman of our project, was prompt, very nice, and all of his crew were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done, they worked hard, and they did a great job! It was obvious they have worked together before - they worked as a team and everyone knew what to do and when. They took the time to make repairs to stucco prior to painting. Ken noticed our roof badly needed re-coating (which we knew, but we were not aware that this company also does re-coating - we were having trouble getting our "regular" roofer out to even evaluate the job ("too busy")). Ken offered to do this job in addition to painting while they were here, and we are extremely happy with the silicone coating they applied! We were thankful he offered to take care of this. This is a great company, very nice staff, they do FANTASTIC work! They should all be very proud of service they provide and the beautiful work they do! read more

I hired Progressive Painting to repair a crack in the ceiling of my dining room/living room, and then paint the entire ceiling after the crack had been patched. Their work was substandard and they had to come back three times before the job was acceptable. In the process, they damaged the canopy of my chandelier. They said the would pay for the repair, but they have not done so. The owner, Ken, continues to lie to me about being reimbursed. He said he would come by to pay me. He did not. He said the check was in the mail. It was not. The repair was completed in October, 2017. This is March, 2018 and I have not yet been reimbursed. On our last phone contact, he was rude, intimidating, and belligerent. read more

Progressive Painting just completed painting the outside of our house and did an amazing job. The crew (F Troop) was very polite, quick, and tidy. We will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to our friends. Thank you, F Troop! read more

Would not use this company again. They completed the job quickly however they took loads of micro management. You had to be constantly looking over their shoulder to make sure they did not miss things. My husband was up on the roof no less than ten times making sure they did the job they were supposed to do. They did not check on the job once they were completed and my husband keep having to call them back to show them what they had missed. It was way too much work to use this company and the job was only OK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. read more

There is not much else I can add to the previous reviews for this group with Ken Muhammad at the helm was outstanding. They came in one morning with a projected finish the next day and did it all in one day!! His team ( probably a crew of 10 maybe) is amazing, courteous, and knows attention to detail. They had everything covered and taped within a short period of time, sealed and then painted. They cleaned up and one would never know our home was painted with the attention to detail of work and clean-up!! WOW is all I can say. A couple of things we asked about were addressed on the spot with the understanding that if anything should surface, call him so he can make it right. What a company and work ethic and am glad he decided to stop in and ask about painting our home which was way overdue. What a transformation and I hope Ken and crew get more business with this kind of A+ service. read more
