I walked out of this guy's office completely switched over to State Farm and saving $50 per month/$600 per year on both Auto & Renters combined! What prompted me to write this review is the level of service I have received from this particular State Farm agent. I walked in when he was about to close up for the day and he stayed longer for me. Also, anytime I make a change on my policy online, he personally contacts me to verify the changes and to let me know that they are approved. Great value. Great service. Thanks Keith!

Sarah Koch has a very good office and I give it 5 stars. But this is about the Allstate claims…read moredepartment which is pathetic! I've been with ALLSTATE for more than three decades! At MedStar Georgetown University Hospital I was parking my car and hit a cement wall doing one mile an hour. I drove the car home driving about 50 miles. I brought the car to Tri State Collision Center and an Adjuster from Allstate came out and determined the damage at around $4,100 dollars. A few days later I was informed by Tri-State that the damage was $21,000, an enormous discrepancy of $17,000 dollars! As Allstate wasted 7 or 8 days getting their final approval, I'm paying for a rental that lasted 21 days, although Enterprise didn't charge me for the 21st day. So if the original adjuster didn't make a $17,000 dollar mistake, I could have saved 6 or 7 or even 8 days on my 20 day rental. I asked for a $200 dollar rebate on my car rental, but Jessica Petrucci, from claims, denied my request, even though I've been with Allstate for over three decades and the fact that the first adjuster made an enormous error that cost me extra days paying for a rental. I also asked to speak with her and she never called me like I was told that she would. So for $200 dollars, I'm leaving Allstate by January 26th. 2026 and Allstate will lose the approximately $3,300 dollars I pay yearly for all my insurance. This was a terrible business decision on her part! (I also want this comment to be shared with Thomas Wilson, the CEO since 2007.) John Backiel Sent from the all new AOL app for iOS

This review is WAY overdue for which I apologize but it needs to be publicized because of the above…read more& beyond customer service that I received by the State Farm office of Mr. James Clark. Last year, I was on a trip to Key West, FL and had someone hit me while I was legally parked waiting for the famous Key West sunset. The well known nationwide insurance company of the at-fault person was very bad in handling my claim and the repairs to my vehicle. Because of my great relationship with State Farm, I called Ms. Mary Goldberg at my agent's office and told her of my predicament. From that moment on, I had daily contact with Mary which involved at least a half dozen calls for the next few days where Mary constantly told me "I would advise you to do the following" over and over and over. Mary also expeditiously sent me whatever policy documents could help ease my difficulties. But what I'm most grateful for is that although this claim was not something that State Farm had to do anything about as it wasn't my fault, Mary never hesitated to provide me assistance, call me back immediately when I left messages and, as I mentioned before, she willingly volunteered to provide me advice as to what I should do, even if that bad insurance company told me that I couldn't do it. For example, the claims department would tell me one thing and Mary would tell me to call the claims adjuster DIRECTLY and let the adjuster know that this was unacceptable and that what I was told by the claims department doesn't make sense and is basically punishing me when the accident wasn't my fault. (I'm happy to give the outrageous details to anyone interested). But for the sake of the length of this review, I just want it known that EVERY SINGLE piece of advice that Mary told me, I followed that advice and EVERY SINGLE TIME I WON the dispute with that horrible insurance company! This shows me that at State Farm, I'm not just a client but employees like Mary Goldberg treat me like family! I hope that State Farm truly knows what an INCREDIBLE employee they have in Ms. Mary Goldberg. If they don't, then they need to read this review. Thank you Mary for ALL your help. I would have most likely cursed out that horrible insurance company if it wasn't for you which I'm sure would NOT have helped my cause! Instead I just followed your lead and everything was resolved as well as could be expected! You are a true blessing! My sincere apologies again for the delay in posting it! :(

James Clark and his cohort of misfits are not trustworthy they are wolves in sheep's clothing in the business of plundering your bank account. If you are in the market for any type of policies do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere unless you are interested in being fleeced by James Clark and associates!. If you currently have any policies with James Clark I implore you to take the time out to obtain estimates & due diligence with other insurance providers as I am sure you will notice dramatic savings. In my experience I found James Clarks pricing to be highly exaggerated and unfortunately for me he had taken advantage of my family and I for years.

I've banked with PNC for over ten years, and today reminded me exactly why…read more I came into the branch without an appointment, and before I even reached the door, Javier opened it with the warmest smile and said, "Thank you for choosing PNC -- how can we serve you?" Listen... it's like PNC was made for me, because if I get the Orphan Annie-at-Daddy-Warbucks'-house treatment, you've already won me over. I was seated in the conference room with a cup full of lollipops. Tempting, right? Well, I did it -- I took one. And told them! That tiny gesture brought me back to being a little girl going to the bank with my mom, when kids got a pretzel rod or a lollipop. Those simple pleasures still mean a lot. That alone made my day. Then I met Thomas and Justin, who were handling my setup. Justin was training, and Thomas took the lead -- explaining everything clearly, step by step, while Paul popped in to assist with genuine enthusiasm. I chatted with them to pass the time because I dislike when professionalism strips away personhood. I believe in seeing people -- not just roles -- and letting them see me, too. And that's exactly what they did. They personalized the experience beautifully, even sharing in the excitement about my nonprofit and offering helpful resources to support its growth. I left the office feeling respected, valued, and with two major tasks checked off my list. I spent about two hours there, and every single team member I encountered was genuine, professional, and clearly loved what they do. That's why I chose PNC -- the dignified humanity and integrity. It's your choice who you do business with... but as for me and my level of class? Me & PNC... We go together -- real bad.
