I have had Cindi as my agent since I was 16 years old, and I am now almost 31. She is the most easy…read moreto talk to agent - she is accommodating, understanding, and not pushy. I have adjusted rates, gotten homeowners insurance, processed accident claims and more, and Statefarm has been so smooth and helpful all along the way. I got into a car accident that required my car to be out of commission for six weeks! My super inexpensive car rental coverage allowed me to not be without a vehicle during that time, and Statefarm processed the claim so quickly, even when The mechanics working on my car did not. Cindi answers emails in the blink of an eye, and is always willing to look over my policy and make sure I'm getting the best coverage for the right rates. Recently I had my car towed and I got the reimbursement check within four days of the towing happening. I feel like that is exceptional in this day and age! I am taking advantage of bundling, as well as other Statefarm discounts, and the pricing is fantastic. All in all I am so happy with Statefarm, but more importantly with Cindi and this office. I have never had a problem or felt left in the lurch on situations that can be quite stressful. (I laugh when I think if my younger self calling her instead of my dad after my first minor accident: "Cindi what do I do!!" And of course she handled it) I really don't like insurance people usually - being sold to and feeling like you can't trust someone isn't great. But that simply isn't the case here. All in all, highly recommended.

Cindi cheered me up the instant she answered my call with her reassuring voice and quick wit. Cindi walked me through every step of getting my car registered and driver's license switched. She turned an otherwise ugly day into a stellar one. I was so impressed by her sense of caring and professionalism that I have not only secured auto insurance through her, but I also have changed my homeowner's policy from another carrier to State Farm. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Cindi a 15! Fantastic experience. She's the best!!

Edwin has been my insurance agent for about 4 months now and I am amazed at all the help he has…read moregiven me. Reasons to select him as your insurance agent: 1. Promptness and attention to detail. I also contacted another local Farmer's agent and had some difficulty reaching them by phone. I needed to set up insurance around the Thanksgiving break and Edwin got back to me right away and I was able to pay for our auto/home/umbrella policy over the phone. 2. Understands the system. I have a PhD and most people would consider me a smart person, but I do not understand insurance. Edwin very patiently explained all the details of the different limits to me. 3. Problem solver. Due to some confusion in the Farmer's system, I received a refund that I did not ask for. Edwin took care of this error by tracking down the paper trail and patiently explained to me what was going on. With most insurance companies, I probably would have needed to talk to customer service for hours to solve this problem that was not of my own making. 4. Overall good person and neighbor. I was hit by another car recently and Edwin explained my coverage, what to expect, and even offered to pick up groceries for me!

They have also been great at dealing with multiple transactions at one time, such as trading in a vehicle and replacing it with a different one on the same day. When I moved into my neighborhood years ago, I went the easy way with picking my insurance agent,…read moreusing the same State Farm agent that the community was using for its master policy. In retrospect, that was a really bad decision as the agent pretty much took all of our business for granted, between being pretty much unresponsive when it came to customer service, never doing policy reviews, and ever-increasing premiums despite never having filed a claim. The last straw was when I reached out to my agent to help solve a problem about some of my policies not displaying online several times, finally receiving a response telling me to get in touch with State Farm's IT department directly. Excuse me? What's an agent for if they don't work on behalf of their customers? It was obviously time to leave State Farm and shop around for a new agent. Several of my friends have used Erie for years and spoke very highly of them, so I hopped onto the Erie web site and found Foresight Insurance quite literally a few blocks away from my house - and this was indeed my lucky day, landing in the hands of Michael Cruz and his team. I made an appointment to meet Michael in person, and he spent well over an hour with me reviewing my old policies, asking me a lot of insightful questions about my home, car, and umbrella liability policies, then going through some options with me. By the end of our meeting, I not only had better coverage that were well-tailored to my individual needs, but my premiums actually went down significantly. The excellent customer service experience didn't end there - not only did the folks at Foresight arrange for canceling my old policies so I wouldn't have to deal with State Farm directly, Michael followed up with me about a week later to bring me up to date on the transfers and to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. When I traded in my old car for my new wheels a few months later, getting the new insurance in place couldn't have been smoother, with Michael's team also making sure that I knew what to do when - including not cancelling my old auto policy before turning in my tags! All of my questions have always been answered very quickly, often within an hour of me sending an e-mail. You can't ask for better responsiveness than that! I'm just coming up on my first year with Foresight, and once again, Michael has shown how focused his firm is on customer service, doing a policy review with me and making some minor changes to my policies to bring things up to date. You really couldn't ask for better people to work with - they're very good at what they do, they put their customers first, and they're incredibly nice people as well. So, the next time your renewal paperwork arrives in the mail, give Michael and his team a call and get an 'insurance check-up'. You'll be very, very glad you did!
