I needed to set up insurance around the Thanksgiving break and Edwin got back to me right away and I was able to pay for our auto/home/umbrella policy over the phone. 2. Understands the system. I have a PhD and most people would consider me a smart person, but I do not understand insurance. Edwin very patiently explained all the details of the different limits to me. 3. Problem solver. Due to some confusion in the Farmer's system, I received a refund that I did not ask for. Edwin took care of this error by tracking down the paper trail and patiently explained to me what was going on. With most insurance companies, I probably would have needed to talk to customer service for hours to solve this problem that was not of my own making. 4. Overall good person and neighbor. While I did not see a directory in this multi-level building, which is shared with other business, the AAA office is located on the first floor, immediately to left of the main building's entrance. I'll say the entire process of getting the permit took about 20 minutes (maybe even less), which was faster than I anticipated. Fortunately, you can take and purchase the passport pictures for the permit in the office. The permit and the set of passport pictures (two pics in a set) will run $20 and $14, respectively. The service was fine. One agent, the one who processed my paperwork, was really nice. The other agent, the one who greets customers, was moderately nice. He was not mean, but he was not super friendly, which is fine I guess. For instance, he started to get a copy of the IDP application. However, when I mentioned that I already completed and printed the online form, he seemed to be annoyed that I did not provide this information before going to the filing cabinet, which was less than two feet from his desk. *Note: he didn't ask or give me a chance to let him know that I already completed the application. Who knows, perhaps, he was having a rough day dealing with other disgruntled customers.

I got AAA roadside Assistance and I use the service for the first time this weekend. My car had to…read morebe towed from my residence to the shop of my choice. I confirm the address with the tow person and expected it to be there and being worked on. I had called around and found a place that could fix the car on the same day and this was a Saturday. I called the shop few hours later to see if it was ready. They informed me that the car was not there. It was almost closing time for them. I was assuming it would be done by then. They towed the car to a ADDRESS AND LOCATION. They took the car to a AAA workshop that was a mile away from where i wanted it to be. I did not get my car back till Sunday morning because the keys were in the shop and they could not tow it back to where I needed it till Monday when the shop opened and I could get my keys out of there, so my whole weekend was done I had no car I had to pay so much extra to get it fixed. I chose the shop because it was way cheaper and would have been done the same day. So, I had to get it fixed at the AAA shop where I paid more I took Ubers everywhere I had to miss work on Monday but I asked them to give me a rental at least so I did not miss a day of work. They said they could not give me a rental right away, but I could get the rental and then ask to be refunded for all the expenses. I had to rent a car for Monday and had my car fixed on Monday and then had to go pick it up. It was a nightmare and this was the first time I used AAA so my experience with AAA has been so bad I don't think I will ever recommend or have it myself ever again
