First got…read morestabbed in the jaw with a needle by a female dentist; resonating pain in my jaw for two months afterward; Dr Hul defended her by saying he always gets stabbed inside the jaw, so I guess it's no bid deal. Second instance; As I was begin prepared for a crown, another dentist left me with a very rough temporary cap that scratched inside my mouth all weekend, i couldn't eat or drink, any movement was excruciating! I did go back to have it smoothed out by Dr Hul. Third one; the receptionist is supposed to obtain pre-approval for any work being done - summer of 2025. i had just completed major cancer treatment, and needed a cap on a tooth. She booked me in and I needed a mouth guard as well as the chemo pain causing me to clench my jaw at night. $700 for that, but I could pay monthly when i return to work cancer free and after recovery, that was agreed and fine. Early 2026 i am back to work. rebuilding stamina. Receptionist called me and kept sending the bill to two companies, and because it wasn't pre-approved, it kept getting denied. When she let me know it wasn't getting paid, i was surprised. I would not allow $2,200 in work to be done while on disability. I couldn't afford that. It is supposed to be pre-approved and now they are putting it on me. Blaming me and no taking any accountability at all. Now it is Feb 2026, I am just getting a handle on my finances, started back to work ft Jan 15/26. Went to apply for a car loan last week to upgrade my car; i travel a lot for work. Was denied loan due to this dentist office sending the bill to collections last month. Mind you, I did send this bill to another agency in Jan 2026; to appeal the non-payment, and they contacted the dentist office as they investigate. Was that the date they sent it to collection? They didn't notify me that they were sending it to collection. Shouldn't they work with me to get it paid? Instead they send it to collections knowing that its being appealed by me. Tarnishing my credit rating. The bill will get paid, but they've ruined my credit, and I now need to search out a new dentist and drive my old car. Not cool. Not taking accountability for their mistake (s). Take caution before you go there, they'll blame you for any and all wrong doings and mistakes on their part. Then they'll ruin your credit.

I found that Hans was terrific as a dentist and perfectionist at heart and always seeing the procedure through to a proper conclusion. I knew that I was in good hands with him. The team support too, was very good, they were both - friendly - and professional. The problem that I had with this office was on the management side of things; so much so, that I elected to lodge my concerns with the Alberta Dental Association. I informed the staff at 360 that I don't do business that way and moved on and in doing so, discovered a great office! I would suggest to any new patient going to any office, to ensure that you get a suggest that you get a treatment plan in writing prior to undergoing any treatment. That way, everyone is on the same page with less room for misunderstanding.

I have been to this Clinic for just over 10 years since 2014. I no longer go there and will not…read morerecommend any friend, family and acquaintance to visit. the only thing that is good at this clinic is Lindsey the hygienist who is excellent and with great result and conscious of the comfort of the patience through skill not just words. A professional. Dr Schade is good at general dentistry but not domestic dentistry. My bioclear job was botch. I look like a poor Senior citizen who went to Mexico and got a botch Denture job that the shape, color and thickness does not suit them. They look thick and artificial. We attempted to fix three times and it still looks amateur compare to my friends who got them done by an experience dentist in Vancouver. Throughout the process was also amateur the assistant is too lazy to use a high suction to suck the dental dust. ***dental dust can cause lung cancer especially with the amount that I was exposed. If I ever get lung cancer I will remember to come after you two. My teeth look like arts and craft. Mid line was curve and force back with contouring. tooth was chipped in less than a few weeks from uneven molding. None was redone but filed away. Teeth was uneven length. I ask for redone, some are partially redone. They are NOT experience and Does not have eye for beauty/ proportion. I had to ask for redone the thickness and color they said at first no and then redone but still look ugly. The assistant Shelby was pushing me to get the retainer and said it is good enough of a job to suck up to the Dr to shut me up. I hated the laziness and the pressure to settle on the half ass job. All she does is shine Kevin's shoes. After three tries I still hate it and will proceed to correct it with another doctor. What a waste of my time and money. They try to say this the best they can do or risk back looking like the thick veneers. My teeth look forced/ fake/ uneven thickness and color. my teeth still snags when flossing. I hated the bioclear and the whole experience. Even after a 2 month from the last visit my gum is still red on the contouring side and bleeding. they damaged my gums. They damaged one of my lower teeth and now it has a hole or mis drilling and contouring. My canine broke off a piece within a few weeks and they just files it away and did not add a piece back so it looks slanted with a piece missing and got filed down. They should have redone from scratch instead of forcing and adding to the mistake. They kept saying they will fix it but it was never fully fixed but just adding to the mistake. I also hated when they ladies at reception look at my designer bags and try to snoop and dig info / pry. It is very personal and I do not need to share about my job or bags. You can work hard, save the suck up and gossip and get your own bag. I hated the substitute hygienist that splash water all over my face, in experienced and force plastic film that made me gag and tells me I m a gagger and push it down. If you don't know how to do. You ruin people's teeth and I spend a lot of my savings on my teeth. I rather donate the money to Unicef than have gotten bioclear and ruin my teeth. I worked hard to save money to improved my teeth, but all I bought in the end is disappointment, damaged teeth and increase risk of cancer from the bioclear dust exposure.
