I gave him the details and then within​ 2.5 weeks I signed the ​lease. 2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting. How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child (a lot of nervous hours), he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on. I know this isn't always the case for every client out there. But Jason is not out there to get the largest chunk of cash from his clients. He only works with clients that would make sense and the properties that would fit. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away.
