He bought replacement wire and connectors and came later that afternoon evening and removed the bad wiring for both AC and DC circuits in the slide!!! We tested everything out and all checked ok!!! We called several RV technicians that the campground recommended and they couldn't get to us right away - one even quoted us an emergency flat rate of $350 to make an emergency trip + $395/hour (1 hour minimum) to diagnose and repair the problem, they would've shown up 8 hours later. While we were calling RV techs, we had left a VM for Marty's Mobile RV Repair and he called back while we were calling around - he was driving around the campground looking for us! He was there within 20 minutes of our call looking for us and he was totally prepared to diagnose and fix the problem right away! He spent a couple of hours chasing our power failure and he found it and fixed it before we had major problems with the month's worth of food in the freezer. He also worked with my husband for repair tips on the various fuses that were involved in the diagnostic process and solved the problem. We were in week 1 of a 4 week trip and he was amazing, responsive and super friendly. Add to that he was incredibly reasonable price-wise and also gave us some touristing tips for things to see on our travels. Josh procured/replaced an awning arm for our camper. 2wks before our month long trip to Wyoming…read morefrom Cypress TX, one of our awning arms bent and needed to be replaced. I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.

Jeff from West River RV Services came prepared with his fully stocked parts trailer. He quickly…read moredetermined the source of the hydraulic fluid leak on our new (2 weeks) 45' Motorhome. After correcting the valve issue, he located the reservoir and replenished the fluid (down 2 1/2 qts). He tested and re-tested for any leaks from the hydraulic leveling and hydraulic slide outs. All the while, Jeff was explaining to me the hydraulic system functions, the valves (slides should be retracted if adding fluid), and many other things. Jeff's level of expertise and knowledge is considerable. He is very personable and easy to deal with. Jeff kept the entire work area very clean which can be difficult with leaking/spraying hydraulic fluids. In fact, the basement compartment of our Motorhome was left in a condition cleaner than when he arrived for this service. When done, Jeff called Technical Services at the RV Manufacturer to review his findings as it is a warranty item. He also dealt with warranty billing with the manufacturer. We would call Jeff Piebenga at West River RV Services for any RV issues we would have and would not hesitate to recommend Jeff.
