The car wasn't detailed when I picked it up, they had all weekend and half of Monday to do it, when I drove the car off the lot the change oil light came on, this place has a shop and offers oil changes. They did off to detail the car for me so I brought it back in at 9am and had to wait until 5pm to pick it up when I was told it would take half a day. When I showed up the manager pulled me into his office and accused me of having weed in the car and want8 to let me know they threw it away. I don't smoke pot and have not smoked pot in over a decade but thank you for accusing me of being a drug addict. If I would have been pulled over I could be in jail right now!

What I couldn't overlook which unfortunately came to light a few days after delivery. I unfortunately bought this vehicle in South Dakota when I live in Arizona. My wife and I were in a bind as our current vehicle broke down so I needed to get us something immediately so I decided to purchase a vehicle. Well after searching I found the Ram 1500 that they just took in on trade. They say they inspected it but just as soon as we get back into Arizona the check engine light comes on. I truly believe they erased the codes, but of course they deny it. I've put in an extra 2000 so far to try to resolve but am still chasing the resolution which is probably going to cost another 2k. So buyers beware of their used cars. They will erase the codes to make the sale and say you had 3 days and 500 miles to discover and return. I was in a bind and they knew what they were doing. Well guess what Arizona is a 16hr drive one way and well over 500 miles so before I even left Colorado I was beyond their 500 return policy. Save your money and go to a much more reputable auto dealer. Steer clear of Juneks or anything associated with them.

My car brokedown the beginning of June and called AAA and they were a "preferred" shop. Finally got our car back July 12 and over $3,000 later. Drove the car home and on July 16th the car started acting up and would not speed up. Took to local shop by house and they found the ground wire to transmission and a 30 amp fuse in a 20 amp spot and recommened have the car look ate the engine control module look at by a dealership I paid to have the car towed to local dealership and they confirmed the engine control module needs replaced. Reached out to Auto choice Spearfish by phone and email mutiple times and I am not getting any response. This was a preffered shop from AAA and now I have a car they kept from the beginning of June to July 12th and it wont run and they are acting like its not on them.
