I live in California and needed a part to my boat trailer and the trailer company would not sell me direct. They gave me 4 Boat Dealers/Distributors to choose from. I selected 2 from Colorado, thinking if I go to the big city, I will have better luck. One was in Denver and one in Grand Junction. I could not even get a call back from either of these locations. The rude guy told me he would call me back and never did. I called him back the next day and he hung up on me. I tried my luck with Recreation Station and right off the bat, was greeted by a wonderful woman named Misty. She was pleasant to deal with and told me she had to research the part and would get back to me the next day. She called me back the next day to tell me the company had not gotten back to her but she was still working on it. The next day I called her back and she had already emailed me a parts schematic to choose from. We sat on the phone together while she made suggestions, helped me order what I needed, took my credit card and the next day I had another email with confirmation and tracking.
